A little glitchy but otherwise good

While shopping the page would often glitch and refresh itself and the cart would glitch and only have 2 items in it when I had 7 and would take several minutes to update, other than that ordering was relatively smooth.

Great cloths but…….

I would love to give a 5-star rating, however I just can’t. While I LOVE the leggings and other products I’ve bought, I find it hard to get A LOT of the pieces I really want. EVERY time I log on, at least half of what I want to buy is already sold out. Not just once in a while, but every single time. I’ve ended up with a backlog of VIP credits, but I can’t use them because the items are sold out.

The promo on tv on Masters Golf Tournament sent us to your site. However unclear on VIP program as terms seem complicated. Have been advised not to shop here & I had already ordered. Now I have to cancel BIP as not a clear description of the program & auto charges.

The ability to shop is good but the…

The ability to shop is good but the website is kind of difficult if you are a member. Also the last time I ordered it took months before I received anything. I hope it goes better this time

The website takes so long to load…

The website takes so long to load between each product I'm trying to view, or it will just crash altogether and I get a "Oh snap" message to reload the page. It's infuriating, especially since the monthly subscription cost has increased and we are charged a tariff fee. It makes me not even want to use the website at all.

Snakey business practices...

Snakey business practices....

Placed an order with their VIP discount, then canceled the membership right after so I wouldn’t get hit with a monthly charge.

They canceled my order because of it. That’s not clearly stated anywhere during checkout. So you’re basically forced to stay subscribed or lose the deal.

Feels like a trap, not a promotion. Customer service was polite, but the whole setup is misleading. Would not recommend to anyone.

The website is not very good

The website is not very good - the response time is slow. It seems like the system did not register the click and then you end up with a screen that you didn't want. It is hard to clear filters and search. Very frustrating. Also, I don't like the VIP charge.

Absorb the tarriffs like other companies

Eat the tariffs, not cool that you are passing on the cost of the tariffs to us hardworking Americans while increasing the membership fee. Other companies are absorbing the tariffs you are the only one who is not. I am cutting g expenses and this membership will be the first on the chopping block. I had been member since the beginning

I love the Credit Shop Option

I love the Credit Shop Option; I like how Fabletics offers outfits that can be redeemed with credits. Although I initially attempted to skip my membership credit this month on 4/5/2026, it did not go through. As a result, I was able to get some clothes I desperately needed.

Here is my review day 2.

I am a guy that was seeking athletic wear. Created an account. As a guy. Everything suggested was women’s clothing. Called and there were 80 people in que. Went through chat. Lost chat 3 times. After an hour of dealing with this problem it was fixed but I didn’t want to deal with it further.

Now, I’m on day two. I’ve received numerous texts/emails stating 80% off. I selected 6 pairs or shorts. Each one states $10 each. Go to checkout and my total is $98. The price hooks you in at a “good deal” for being “VIP” then switches the price.

Tried to text support. Again was lost 3 times. So I called (I’m on hold 12 minutes now and my position hasn’t change from being #70 in the queue).

If there are THAT many people holding both times that I called then there are THAT many having issues. Daily. Regardless of the time of day. What does that say? That numerous people have problems and you can’t reach customer service to resolve.

Essentially…they (in my situation) are selling gym shorts for a ridiculous price of $80 promising a price of $10 (making you feel like you got an amazing deal) then switching the price at checkout hoping the customer won’t complain about the $5 increase and making it impossible to reach customer service.

Have you ever purchased a car? This tactic is called ‘bait and switch’. Bait someone in with a low price to get them interested then switch the price at the last moment.

If you can’t reach them for the initial purchase then imagine how impossible and difficult it will be to reach them if you need to return/exchange.

I decided to just buy 5 shorts which are essentially the same as a bundle in Amazon for $20 and they have a good return policy.

Don’t buy this brand because a celebrity name is on it because you’re going to regret it.

Missing Men's Combo

You used to have a men's combo of a The 24-7 Polo and The Don Trouser (Classic Fit), I purchased it multiple times. This is no longer an option which is disappointing.

The site was really slow and coupon instructions made no sense.

The site was really slow. Also, figuring out how to use my birthday coupon was very stressful. It felt like anything I selected wasn't working and when I took things out of the cart to lower the price, it actually jumped and my birthday credit wasn't counting any more. There were no instructions on what the birthday coupon covered. Additionally, while trying to use the VIP credits for shorts for my husband, I had a really hard time finding shorts that were unlined for him. It seemed like it was only allowing for him to get one pair of unlined but the others had to be lined. I eventually figured it out, but it was an overall very stressful experience and makes me not want to make another purchase as well as cancel my VIP membership.
