This toy is an absolute joke and a complete waste of money. It most definitely is not as advertised and when we received it, it literally lasted 10 minutes.

It took almost 6 weeks to arrive, and then when it did, it most certainly was not as advertised bearing in mind they say it’s indestructible.

The customer service and after sales service is literally zero, and to add insult to injury, they offered me £2 compensation, which was less than what I paid for the shipping

Do not under any circumstances waste your time and money with this very bad product

It took months to eventually have the parcel go out for delivery, which never arrived in the end. They have not been helpful at all in trying to find my parcel, therefore a total waste of my time and money. This may be a scam!!!

If I could give a minus figure it would be minus thousands
Bought a so say non chewable dog toy/doll. Arrived and give to my dog which lasted 15mins if that. It was poorly made and certainly not non chewable
Contacted company who sent email stated ‘animal teeth are sharp’ what the hell!!!!
They offered me £2 compensation which has now increased to £6
Don’t trust or purchase anything from this company they are conning people with their claims - scam company

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. PRODUCT ORDERED. TOLD THAT CARRIER CONFIRMED DELIVERY. TOLD TO CHECK WITH NEIGHBOUR. I ASKED FOR NAME OF CARRIER TO BE TOLD THEY USE MULTIPLE CARRIERS. I ASKED THAT IF THE CARRIER HAS CONFIRMED DELIVERY, WHAT COMPANY HAS CONFIRMED IT. THESE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SCAMMING THIEVES. PLENTY OF WARNING OUT THEIR BUT I ONLY INVESTIGATED AFTER BECOMING SUSPICIOUS

SCAM, been sent around the houses with tracking numbers, supposed delivered parcels (have not been delivered) now given me another fake delivery number, blaming royal mail. I shall be raising a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I brought a indestructable teddy bear 2025 for my dog back in December about a week and a half before Christmas. The items that I brought only arrived today. I had to chase the parcel twice due to how long it was taking to arrive. I gave my dog the bear hoping that this will last some time. However this is not the case, my dog has ripped open the toy and bit its ear off. My dog is a very aggressive chewer and this toy is very misleading. I have had to email the company and I am hoping for a full refund with pictures I have sent them. My personal opinion is to stay well clear from this item if your dog is an agressive chewer and also the company!

Did not deliver. Provided false tracking information. Refused refund. Avoid!

Ordered dog toy in Dec 2024 - Feb 2025, item has been delivered to a different address - I have proof (delivery proof and photo) from Royal Mail. They are saying it’s not their fault and that it was delivered. Tracking number they gave confirms it has been sent to a different address and they are blaming Royal Mail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give no stars I would. Do not order from here. Scam. First of all more money came out my bank than what the website said it was going to charge. Ordered in Nov 24. Still not arrived. Tracking information does not work for me. Emailed them and they’ve said the product has been delivered on 14th Jan..it hasn’t. Said there is nothing they can do, check my cameras, I did, nothing tried to be delivered plus I work from home so I’m in pretty much all the time. Told me to go to the post office to be told the tracking number doesn’t exist. So they’ve said theres nothing they can do and I’m liable. Avoid at all costs.

Totally rubbish dog toy. Took over a month to arrive, and then within 2 minutes the whole thing was spread all over the lounge. WhenI contacted them to say how bad this is made, they came back with would I accept £1 in comp. I am still going back and forward with them for a refund. They are saying that the toy is as expected.

Item took over 6 weeks to arrive from 'Vancover' translated means China. I have a small king Charles cavalier, who is a heavy chewer, it took her 10 mins to destroy this toy...don't waste your money. Complained and was told my dogs teeth were too sharp!

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. The so called indestructible dog toy lasted for about 15 minutes before it was ripped and leaking stuffing. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I wish I’d checked the reviews beforehand as everyone says the same thing….its not fit for purpose not to mention the safety of your dog potentially ingesting the stuffing.

After waiting ages for delivery of the bear arrived and not even 2 mins was destroyed and the stuffing was everywhere - so disappointed. The full refund is nonsense offered £4 compensation or have to pay shipping to China for full refund…. Definitely false advertising so beware before buying

I would give zero starts if I could. I paid £25.90 for 2x DURABLE UNBREAK-BEARS FOR HEAVY CHEWERS from FABLUARANT (really expensive, but they were advertised as completely chew proof, so long term it seemed to make sense). I waited a month for delivery (Feb 2025). They fell apart in a few minutes.

I asked to return them for a full refund as they are unfit for purpose and not as advertised. After an auto-reply saying they are on holiday for 7 days, they admitted they knew the seams fall apart "the stitching joints are prone to breaking after the dog plays with it". They offered me a paltry £5 compensation which they increased to £7 (I rejected both) and they warned me I'd have to pay a lot of money to return them to China myself because their delivery had been 'accurate'. There was no offer of a refund or the advertised free replacements either (not that there is any point in replacing them as they are useless).

I have since read multiple reviews and met people with identical experiences to mine (i.e. a long wait for delivery, toys fell apart instantly, Fabluarant customer services claiming to be on holiday for 7 days, two paltry offers of compensation nowhere near the price paid). I wish I had seen them before.

Ordered in Nov 2024, item still hasn't arrived. Have tried several times to track delivery, as per emails sent by this company, as supposedly order has been delivered. Links sent in these emails just show as "invalid". I've also been to my local Royal Mail Delivery Office, again as per instructions via email from this company, who put both of the tracking numbers I've been sent into their system, no trace of tracking numbers. I've been asked via email to check camera at my property, I haven't got one!
Now this company is saying as order has been delivered theres nothing they can do & that it's up to me to claim compensation from delivery company!
Do not buy from this company!

Still waiting after ordering 2 months ago! Been sent on a wild goose chase to try and find my order. They are blaming the courier service - but they surely chose that!!
