Dreadful service 6 week delivery started off in USA then came from China.Jeans arrived with damaged packing and jeans ripped. Offered replacement but too late now, only offered 2-6 pounds refund. Trying for refund via PayPal, dreadful company avoid, I was drawn in by hyped advert..

Like other people here, ordered some jeans they took agars to arrive and they looked poor quality when they arrived, the zip was inserted so badly it wouldn't zip up.

This is clearly a scam. Sooooooo bad
I ordered some jeans for £23.95 using PayPal. Somehow they took £29.95. The jeans took 30 days to arrive and the zip was broken. I asked for a refund and they offered me another pair of jeans. I said I couldn't wait another month and would like a refund. They then proceeded to offer me £2, £4 and finally £6 refund from their own pocket. Ludicrous and deceitful. Fortunately PayPal refunded me the full amount immediately.
I ordered the Abby dress and love it! The material is thick and holds its shape. It feels really expensive. Also, the back tie covers my bra. A really lovely summer dress.

This took a long time to come and does not provide any more bust room than usual high street shops - can wear but disappointed with fit as bust seams cut accross rather than below my bustline. Would not recommend.
