Strange company
Strange company. Out of stock and refunded my payment but also the order was apparently dispatched. Seems the business could be a front for something else? This has now happened twice.

This happens when you generate label for posting and in quality check just before posting, you find item is not ok to send. Generally we replace it, but unfortunately your item was last piece.
