It was quite an easy process
It was quite an easy process, apart from not being able to get the picture up the right way. As it’s a gift, it made me worry it would be wrong when it arrived. Happily it arrived correct, the right way up.

Pictures falling off pieces
This is the 3rd order and unfortunately this was not up to previous standard. The pictures on the "My Mammy" jigsaw were lose upon opening and on two pieces have completely come unstuck.

Unique but affordable personalised gift.
The digital tools to create the bespoke puzzle and timescales for making and delivering were good.
The customised box is a winner, and make it a super gift and it generated a lot of excitement when given.

Puzzle for Mother’s Day
Had a puzzle made for Mother’s Day. It looks great and came a day quicker than expected. Also really liked the way that the box was wrapped in cellophane, which made it look and feel high-end.
