Suspected Scam!
I very much like the mug you sent when I eventually got it and James was very helpful in quickly finding the cause of it not being delivered and then forwarding to the correct address at a further cost of £4.99. Whilst I agree that I did not correct the address shown on the order confirmation as I didn’t notice but I also categorically dispute that I gave such an obscure address on the order. Why and how would I? Needles to say it was very annoying.

Chris I am very disappointed with your review. After the delivery address was submitted with the wrong address I did my best to get your order to you and actually lost money on your order in order to provide a good experience. Negative reviews like this are really damaging to my small business which I work really hard at.
As explained in email, there is no human interaction between what is typed into the delivery address form and what is received in the email. The fact that parts of the address matched what your actual address is shows that there was no mix up on our end.
I’d kindly ask you to reconsider your review and remove the word scam or remove it all together as I feel it is really unfair after the extra cost and time spent to get a replacement to you after your own mistake. I suspect it was your browser auto filling some of the fields maybe.
