I ordered a cup a week ago and it has still not been dispatched despite it saying they would have it ready between 2 and 5 days. Tried to contact them but it wants me to log into an account to create a ticket so no idea if my cup is ever going to turn up.

Very pleased with the mug and with excellent service received. Item went missing with delivery company and, on notification, the mug was redone and sent straight out again. Would be very confident to do business with this company again.

After a mess up from Royal Mail not delivering the gift but saying they had delivered it, I contacted Facegift who very kindly said they would send me out another gift. I really appreciated the response they gave me to resolve a problem that technically wasn’t theres to solve. Please support small businesses like this.
