Unethical social media management
Unethical social media management. Not positive comments are being REMOVED. Customer service is taking ages to respond, social media messages are being ignored (unless you want to buy their products), public comments are being REMOVED. FB group is not an open community, posts are not being approved with questions about other skin care products. I purchased one of her products. Never received it. Contacted customer service, didn't hear back. Messaged on Instagram, was ignored there for a while. Added comments to one of her Instagram posts asking to contact me- comments were deleted. Wanted to ask about different products on FB group - my post was never approved. After chasing them I got my money back BUT be aware that negative feedback is being deleted. All you see on her Social media is either bought comments or positive feedback from I don't know who. Very disappointing and greedy ethics. Makes you wonder how good her products actually are. And what exactly they're hiding.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They charge an extortionate amount to access videos and the login NEVER works. The password reset also NEVER works and it takes days to get a password reset and then preach positivity when you feel nothing but frustration every time you see that woman's face and hear her voice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will not be able to access what you have paid for and will be repeatedly spammed with the same rubbish on an almost daily basis.
It's so difficult to login to my account that I can't abide even trying to. Paid hundreds for access to videos that serve only to frustrate me and bring me down and then then they have the gaul to act like the positivity police

DO NOT sign up with this organization if you don't want to be on their mailing list for life. I have unsubscribed multiple times, reported them for spam to Google , and the emails keep coming. They must use multiple mailing list accounts.
As for the product, you can get the same information for free on YouTube.
