Very disappointed with Faconnable

Very disappointed with Faconnable, after being a client for many years, I have tried to return my purchase (£134) without being able to obtain a return label, then I have contacted Faconnable Client Assistance many times through emails and telephone until they stopped responding on 9 March. My purchase was on 23/02/26. My last email was requesting my money back, and no answer...........

I cannot get the company to respond

I cannot get the company to respond to my email regarding a return request of a piece of Faconnable clothing I was gifted. And they don't have another mechanism for contacting them.

Until recently, I was very satisfied with the service

However, I was deeply disappointed when, after experiencing issues with the website (it wouldn't accept payments), I emailed to report the problem and only received an automatic reply with no explanation. As a result, I lost the opportunity to purchase the desired item, as it sold out shortly afterwards. Moreover, despite following up on the issue, I received no response whatsoever—not even an apology—which I certainly wasn't expecting from a premium brand like Façonnable.

bought a wrong size

bought a wrong size, terrible customer service. Could not get anybody on the phone and it took more than six emails weeks later to get a response from your customer service. They sent a return label but no customs instructions package got stuck in customs held by USA. Had to contact them and fill out additional paperwork to release package back to Spain. Still dealing w return. TERRIBLE!!!!!
