Horrible website, Quality, Service
Horrible website, wrong descriptions of colors vs. what's actually shipped, and the quality of clothing, Made in Turkey, is abysmal...absolutely, abysmal! To pour salt on an open wound, they charged me erroneously for an order. I had to dispute with my bank to remove this charge. They would not do a thing. This is not the Faconnable that Nordstrom owned a decade ago. I would avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service when processing refunds
I returned several items via UPS drop off service shortly after the order was placed and am still waiting for the refund. I have since been contacted by email once by customer services asking to confirm which items I returned. I replied with the list, as well as the photo of the items of when they were being packed back into the Façonnable box. The tracking link from UPS with the confirmation of their delivery to the depot had also been sent previously. Over two months later, I am still waiting for any kind of a response of refund. I have just emailed again but will likely reconsider making any further online orders from this company in the future.
