This company works like a scam. They called me last week to change the contract to them, which I did. They were very pushy and did not let me read the contract, they said they will send it later but they have never done it. At least 3 people called me after to confirm my data and I pointed out to them the email adress they took is wrong, so no wonder I dont receive the contract. They said it would be corrected, but it has not been. I contacted their customet attention, but they said my email is not in their data base ( surprise surprise) so they cannot send me the contract. So here I am. almost 2 weeks passed, i haven’t seen my contract, cant even cancel it because they dont see me as a customer. Avoid this company at all costs
Edit: Factorenergia, I have provided you more data on the email adress you sent below
Edit: after few days I havent received any answer from Factorenergia. I have sent then my resignation using the 14 days right. I have also realized that I was deceived by the person who called me becuase they said they are fron Endesa which was not true. Anyway, it would have been helpful to get some answer from FE and at least to get the copy of the contract.

We moved to Spain and ended up chosing FactorEnergia as the provider for gas and electricty.
FactorEnergia offers a clear, easy to navigate website and app. Communication is clear and in the one case where I had to contact Support I get helped quickly and correctly.

EVITAR A TODA COSTA
****************
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Factor Energia called me a few months ago promising me energy at a lower cost and that I could cancel the contract at no cost within a certain period.
In the end, I cancelled the contract within the stipulated period (both by their contract, and by the Law of Withdrawal), but without my consent and without warning they charged almost €500 from my bank account in the form of penalties and "cancellation costs" etc. I am now in the process of disputing these penalties with them to reclaim the money taken.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO THEM - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR DETAILS, THEY WILL TAKE WHATEVER MONEY THEY WANT AND FORCE YOU TO CLAIM IT BACK.

Solar panel installation for 9kw plus 2 x 5kw batteries as back up. Supposed to be all singing and dancing with auto switch to batteries if power grid goes down. Surprise as soon as a power cut comes everything switches off. Now been waiting since May to get the problem resolved and no nearer a solution. Company denies that they were told system should automatically switch over in event of power cut, saleswoman blatantly lied to me. Not impressed considering 25,000 euros spent.

terrible company, fined me TWICE for trying to leave them ( 80 euro each time) no invoices on monthly billing only a bill.
Have to open app to find detailed pricing, more than 30% more than other competitors who do not fine you for leaving!!!!! and clear transparent billing.

ILLEGAL SCAM ARTISTS!!! This company called my house 2 weeks ago claiming that BY LAW I had to change my commercial provider from Madrid to Barcelona. This was a complete lie. They told me I was not going to change my distributor and repeated multiple times that this was for legal reasons. They preyed on my lack of Spanish and being a foreigner to close my contract with Naturgy - my distributor for years, and to open a contract with them.
Naturgy explained this is a common scam from Factor Energy - it is ILLEGAL but they do it anyways to get new clients. They call you and lie to you to get you to sign on with them claiming whatever nonsense - in this case, that the law had changed and I was not in compliance. If this happens, you should contact the authorities. I will be doing so shortly.

I received a call from Factorenergia last week pretending to be my current supplier. They said that I needed to sign a document for legal reasons which they sent me via a link. I read through the document which was asking me to sign to terminate my contract with my current supplier. When I pointed this out to the caller they said they had sent me the wrong document and asked for the code to the link. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to give the caller the code. They then ended the call and used the link to sign the document on my behalf. 5 mins after the call I received a text ‘welcome to Factorenergia’. I will be investigating how to report this illegal activity.
I notice from previous reviews that this appears to be normal practice at Factorenergia.
1st May. I have written to Factor ENERGIA as requested (18 April). Still waiting for a response and explanation.

ESTAFA!!! No caigas o no saldrás de múltiples facturas inasumibles a los que ellos llaman penalizaciones de baja, de mantenimiento etc,,, Una manera legal de estafar al cliente.

I do not know how they got our personal information but the agent of Factorenergia called my phone and as I was not feeling well, my husband took the call. The unfortunate thing is that they pretended to be our current provider and convinced him to sign a contract that will allow him to get a lower rate. He signed the contract on my behalf without my authorization and I was quite shocked that a company would 1.) Allow legal representation (with personal information that any husband would know) without a signed form and 2.) Have access to our private data (our account with another company).
I also feel that it is not ethical to steal another provider's client in this manner.
I have informed my bank regarding this scam and have also sent an official document stating that I did not authorize the contract through their client email. My only hope is that they would be decent enough to acknowledge receiving the document and end this contract signed only 20 minutes ago.

Do NOT sign up with this company! I was contacted by a “agent” who gave me in written “how much I could save “ if I changed to Factor. My first bill came and it was twice as high as my last invoice with the company I used to have. I contacted the agent who confirmed that I was charged too much and he said he would put a complaint to the company. Next thing I know is a threat about legal steps. I’m not paying that bill no Sir! Complete scam and don’t trust the “agents “.
