FACTOR ALWYS HAS A PROTEIN, AND VEGETABLE. I THINK FACTOR IS HEALTHY, AND SO FAR I AM ENJOYING IT.

Wide selection and fresh creations make it fun to select your weekly delivery. Some styles of entrees are better than others, and I definitely have favourites that I order repeatedly. The website is super easy to navigate and regulate your deliveries if you’re away from home.

My first order was very tasty and I was surprised how filling they were. Had an issue with my second delivery but customer service assisted, I was able to skip a month, while I will be away. Very easy to work with.

I love the meals so far very healthy and delicious. My only concern at this point is the large heavy box container they come in at 78 it is almost impossible to get in the door.
Unfortunately this may be the only reason I will have to discontinue my delivery service.

Great meals. Professional packaging. Came with ice packs in it.

Update: Friend referrals are not working.

My friends never received the referral emails. When I called Factor Meals Canada, I was told my friend should create an account and then the coupon could be applied. However, after he created an account and called Factor Meals, he was told the coupon could not be applied and was advised to order the first box at almost 5 times the referral price.

He was willing to look into it, but he is no longer interested and plans to deactivate his account. Most likely, I will do the same.

Sorry, Factor Meals Canada, but before offering friend referrals, you need to fix your website, your IT process, and better train your customer service representatives.

Food is fresh and easy to prepare. Always tasty!

I like not having to cook. The meals are delicious. However, a little too expensive for me.

Convenience, taste, quality! Though it can be a bit expensive if we remove the promos and offers.

Good variety. Easy to schedule and reliable delivery. I follow an intense training regimen and Factor is pivotal in saving time while ensuring my nutrition bases are covered! Options are also delicious!

Meats and pastas very good however the vegetables are not good

The food is delicious and I'm getting a lot more protein my diet, which I really appreciate. I also like that I can reach a live customer service agent, who resolved my billing issues quickly and easily. I also appreciate that they deliver to Muskoka.

Factor meals are so yummy and full of flavour. The portions are generous. I've used some other food delivery services and feel like their portions are too small. Love the variety of choices, but I would like to see more Keto options. Great option for busy families.

The food is delicious the portions are generous there is a good selection to choose from,and some new recipes almost every week.
But after the discount it gets a little bit expensive...But I love my dinner so easy , I'm getting last..lol

good not great.

Having to constantly skip a meal delivery week after week is both frustrating and a poor user experience. Its just another thing to worry about each week. I’m sure it works for some, but personally I prefer ordering one box a month, that’s it, nothing more. I don’t have time to wait all day for a food delivery every weekend. Having a one box per month option would vastly improve my outlook on this company, until then this service offers a lot of friction.

On the plus side Factor does have decent meals. I order meals for my lunches at work and they are great for that.

So not all bad but the service needs work.

I look forward to getting my meals, their quick which it great for me, if you need a healthy meal fast…
I would recommend Factor Meals Canada, you won’t be disappointed… you have nothing to lose…

For taste & portions I would give 5 stars but for cost, I’d give 3 stars. So I went with the middle with 4 stars.
The portions are perfect and the meals very tasty. My goal is to lose weight & increase my protein intake.
I’m disappointed with the lack of fish & seafood options. I feel like there were more options in the first week. If the seafood options remain as is, I may consider cancelling.
The first week was reasonably priced but each week after is quite expensive and I don’t understand your discount options. Looks like the only way to get discounts is to get friends to sign up. I can tell you that for sure my friends would not want to spend this kind of money on the meals. I’m also not sure how long I will continue with this at these prices.

Definitely affordable when you first join and have discounts, but ongoing it is very expensive. I wish there were more promotions for loyal customers. The spicy meals are the most flavourful but most of the other meals are very bland and you have to add seasonings/hot pepper. It’s a lot of trial and error trying to figure out what you like. The keto meals aren’t too bad
