The food portions are to large for seniors, but when you want to back out, they won’t let you, they push for sales. I understand that you need to sell to make money, but when I say no I mean no and no discount will make me stay with you. Please cancel my subscription now.

Great food. Many meals to pick from.

Customer service representatives were friendly, responsive and responded appropriately.

The convenience is nice to grab a meal and heat it up. The taste of the meals is good, not the best. The price is astronomical for what you get. With a discount for 4 meals it was $76! That is way to expensive in today's society and therefore convenience isnt helping here.

Arrive on time the shipment, it’s healthy, easy to cook good taste. I like it

I've got chronic pain and fatigue and Factor makes it so easy to get some healthy food into me every day, without having to spend energy cooking.

This has been an excellent experience so far. From setting up my account, ordering my meals, the timely delivery and I just ate my first Factor meal and it was delicious

So far so good. Meals arrived on time, and looked like a good spread of flavours.

I had my first one today. Portion was good. Didn't love the chicken breast. It was a bit honking of a piece. Maybe cut up, or maybe flattened would be better. But no complaints really, just a suggestion.

Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I do not routinely leave reviews but I was so disappointed with this company's continued poor customer service that I felt the need to share. I posted a review the other week- "My 6 meal order was meant to be delivered today and, after 5pm, I received a message indicating that do to a packaging error on their end, my delivery would be delayed. I placed my order in advance as to have it by today. I’m a new post partum mom with a fussy and needy child. My husband is travelling this week for work. I will now either have to order Uber Eats at an additional cost or skip meals as an exclusively breastfeeding mom." After contacting the company, I received an email from Factor indicating that I would have free shipping on any further orders to which I replied I would not be placing any future orders so this resolution was unsatisfactory.
Factor then requested more information through this site (Trustpilot) as a "follow-up", which I provided, but I have yet to hear anything back over a week later.
I then received a notification this weekend that my next box was "locked in" despite not selecting the subscription feature (I only purchased 6 meals for an exceptional week). I also had no opportunity to cancel/update the meals prior to them being "locked in" so I have have 6 unwanted meals, including 5/6 that are chicken-based despite being more of a red meat eater because I am breastfeeding. I will likely donate them in our community.
I found the first set of meals (different proteins, flavour profiles, etc.) to be quite bland and needing salt/seasoning.
I have since FULLY canceled and taken screen shots as well as contacted the company, but again, no response or resolution.

Good variety of meals. Everything I've had tastes fresh and is cooked well. Cannot beat the price to have meals brought to your door. I am a 200lb man that has a decent appetite and even the regular size meals are filling enough for me. Plus 2 weeks deep and already noticing changes in the way i look and feel. 100% recommend

Awful customer service.They hanged up on me,close the chat on my daughter's face.Absolute scam, charged my card without any confirmation and refused to refund.They caching your eyes with not expensive meals at the beginning and they screwing you after a couples of times when you don't order..My daughter canceled the account but still took money from the credit card. She try to remove the credit card from their system and she couldn't remove it..you can only add another card...My daughter told them maybe there's a problem or a bug with the app! They say if something wrong or a bug with the app they'll get a notification..but they didn't received notifications from mine,my daughter's, friends and some neighbors...WEIRD, ISN'T IT? SEEMS THAT EVERYONE HAS MORE LESS THE SAME PROBLEM..THEY ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU ALWAYS WRONG! Don't believe those nice words when they reply in public, Its all fake! If You want to deal with scammers,go for it!It's up to you if you have time to waste!

Around 1:40pm today I received an email saying that they need more details about the situation...when I click on the link it comes back to here!I took screenshots of the email to show you but I can't post it..Tell me,how you want me to write you in private if the link comes back here? But if I don't in a matter of 3 days,you won't recognized the issues days..WOW!

FACTOR ALWYS HAS A PROTEIN, AND VEGETABLE. I THINK FACTOR IS HEALTHY, AND SO FAR I AM ENJOYING IT.

Wide selection and fresh creations make it fun to select your weekly delivery. Some styles of entrees are better than others, and I definitely have favourites that I order repeatedly. The website is super easy to navigate and regulate your deliveries if you’re away from home.

My first order was very tasty and I was surprised how filling they were. Had an issue with my second delivery but customer service assisted, I was able to skip a month, while I will be away. Very easy to work with.

I love the meals so far very healthy and delicious. My only concern at this point is the large heavy box container they come in at 78 it is almost impossible to get in the door.
Unfortunately this may be the only reason I will have to discontinue my delivery service.

Great meals. Professional packaging. Came with ice packs in it.

Update: Friend referrals are not working.

My friends never received the referral emails. When I called Factor Meals Canada, I was told my friend should create an account and then the coupon could be applied. However, after he created an account and called Factor Meals, he was told the coupon could not be applied and was advised to order the first box at almost 5 times the referral price.

He was willing to look into it, but he is no longer interested and plans to deactivate his account. Most likely, I will do the same.

Sorry, Factor Meals Canada, but before offering friend referrals, you need to fix your website, your IT process, and better train your customer service representatives.

Food is fresh and easy to prepare. Always tasty!

I like not having to cook. The meals are delicious. However, a little too expensive for me.

Convenience, taste, quality! Though it can be a bit expensive if we remove the promos and offers.
