I tried Factor meals because I lost my husband and didn't want to cook for myself. I didn't know what to expect; however, I am so pleased that I tried it. The meals are tasty and filling and they take just minutes to get on the plate. There are many choices of dishes and I have quickly found my favourites! Factor saves me so much time and effort...I love it and will continue to order!

The food is dietitian approved, super yummy, and it removes chores of picking groceries, making a meal, and cleaning up afterwards. It's very convenient.

The meals are fresh and delicious. Website is easy to navigate and you recieve shipment updates. Super.

The food is fantastic every meal is top notch. Shipping is great and i was worried about food sitting outside until i got home but to my surprize it was packaged great and ice packs were still half frozen. I cant wait to try next meal.

The food is good but way too expensive compared to other food delivery services I used. I received discounts and free items as promotions. I will have to stop the service just not reasonable.

The experience has been simply amazing. I love how easy it is to navigate the website, how I can change my meal options through the settings to fit each week as it comes. I have the option to skip a week or reduce my meals or even increase it the week after. Just absolutely love the flexibility they offer. The company is providing a healthy meal service that delivers on time, quality and creative meals that are absolutely delicious. I hope they will continue to offer such an essential service to all the hard working people out there who after a long day want to come home and have a great meal and not stress or go hungry because they don't have the time or energy to prepare a healthy meal for themselves.

Generally good choices, but I do find that the meals do have too much black pepper. Delivery is good, but if I order only 4 meals per week the meals become quite pricey.

So far so good. Going week by week.

After my negative review, Factormeals reached out and made things right. It is too bad it took a negative review for them to fix their mistake. I am bumping my review up to 3 stars as they ultimately did make things right.


I received a $10 off Benefit on Breakfast or Beverage Add-ons. I go ahead a select the add-on, and I get charged full price for the item. I complain to them, they say try next week. I try again with the same result. I complain, they say try again next week. Is this not predatory behaviour? Bait & Switch maybe?

Great selection, very tasty, the portions are a perfect size. The site is very user friendly, just very important to keep track of orders and deliveries. Delivery is consistent and on time. Lots of packaging but necessary, it would be perfect if we could send back our used box with the following delivery…maybe eventually.

Recently the wrong meals were delivered to me. The customer support team was very friendly and helpful in providing me a credit for the incorrect meals. I am extremely grateful for this. Thankyou for the delicious options you provide and for the great delivery service!

I LIKE THE VEGATABLES AND THE DIFFRENT KIND OF MEATS BUT DONT LIKE A LOT OF SPICES WHEN YOU GET OLD YOUR TUMMY DOSE NOT LIKE THEM AS MUCH AND I FIND IT TAKES A WAY THE FLAVER OF THE FOOD ALL YOU TAST ARE THE SPICES

The same day I received my first order, I hopped online and cancelled any future orders which was in their agreement with me. The food tasted very processed to me and for that reason I did not want to move forward. I cancelled, strangely tho, I did not receive a cancellation confirmation. There have since been two charges on my visa with NO FOOD deliveries, each in the amount of $87.44. Called today, said she could not remove those charges. Are you kidding me? Called Visa instead and blocked any future charges so I guess I will bite the near $180.00 but I repeat, do NOT do business with Factors, they are a scam!

I’ve been enjoying Factor Meals. They’re very convenient — the meals are already portioned and only need to be heated up, which fits perfectly with a busy lifestyle. It also helps with portion control while still getting the nutrients needed for the day.

A bonus is that they’re delivered right to the door, they’re delicious, and there’s a great variety of meal options to choose from.

I haven't recieved my first box yet - might want to ask for reviews after I have tried the product

Quality meals ready in only 2 min when you have a busy gogo schedule. I got no time to cook or shop for ingredient's.

Very disappointed that I cancelled this service and yet another delivery sent and charged. I should be refunded!!!

I am pleasantly surprised with the delicious entrees. The nutitional value is excellent with well needed vegetables. Thank you for your great service.

The food arrives on time and is carefully packed for transport.
The meals are usually very good and I particularly like those that contain many mushrooms.
Recently they cut down to six of the shrimp and they appear to be a smaller size than they were several months ago. I guess it’s a cost-saving measure but it’s not appreciated.
They have removed the low calorie butter chicken from being a standard meal to an occasional one. That’s a shame.
The beans have improved in several meals but the cut beans are still very stringy.
Most of the meals are very good but they have a lot of spicy dishes which are not my favourites.
I will continue to subscribe as it’s a great time saver.

I find the meals are more affordable overall than nearly every other meal service I looked into, and the food is really good! Any minor issues that have come up were resolved quickly and easily by staff who are quick to make it right. The only changes I would make, would be more keto meals to select from (or 2-3 stock options available every week), and the ability to buy gift cards or pre-pay for the order ahead of the weekly billing cycle.
