Great meals, limited vegetarian options
The meals were delivered on time, well packaged and had great taste. But as a vegetarian, I had only 2 meal choices, and the same repeat for next weeks as well. Having one or two more choices would have made this 5 stars for me.

I ordered meal boxes in this company because they announce sunday delivery. So i was waiting on sunday as it was promiced but they canceled sunday delivery and put it on monday which is absolutly not possible for me. anyway, as they put early morning monday i decided to wait and... they did't arrive again! then i called to client service and asked to cancel delivery as i can't seat at home on working day and wait when they will show up. They returned me only a half of paid money! So what i have at the end: no food, which I relied on, and minus 25 euro for nothing! Update. they returned me the rest of money ofter my review, but still delivery service is not reliable.

The delivery window was initially morning—then it changed two hours later, meaning we had to stay for another two hours just to wait for this delivery on our day off. Make sure that you offer tight delivery windows or two hour increments and you commit to delivering within that window. This problem means I won't order Factor again, because our time is precious and we can't just be waiting all day for deliveries. I will go back to hello fresh, because they always deliver at 7:40am.

The meals are very tasty, well packaged and the delivery is great. I eat one meal a day + one I prepared myself. I'm using the service to kick off my cutting phase so it's very convenient + great macros, but generally even if you consider the time you save, the groceries and manpower it takes to cook, it's too expensive for me to use without a discount code especially considering most meals are 500-700 calories.
Saying this, it's a situational service, but it's the same with other similar providers so I don't hold it against Factor :) This is definitely the service I will use when needed!

Meals are really good. Like really top quality.
But delivery is terrible. Never saw that.
And that is a pity because the main objective of this service is «worry free delivery at home » gaining time and not needing to do groceries anymore.
This is why I wanted to use factor instead of buying ready to eat meal from supermarket. Because they deliver and you don’t have to go.
The delivery is so bad, never on time, you basically need to be at home the all day waiting for them. Today they said my box was delivered and added a picture that was actually not my building nor the neighbor one. I had to ring the door of 4 other buildings to be sure the box was not there … honestly, would be faster and more reliable to just go to the supermarket. And when I ask to have another box delivered they say it is not possible. Well so how am I going to eat? I trusted the service. I outsource this pain and paid for that and now I don’t only have the problem that I don’t have my box but as well I need to find another solution myself.
This is really not professional.
Obviously I asked for refund and cancel my subscription.
Their customer service is really nice but poor guys they don’t have a lot to offer to help as basically, if your box is lost, then they reimburse you and see you next time.
For the customer service who is going to read this message: can you let me know when you change your delivery supplier? I don’t know which one you are currently using but change fast. They are ruining your brand.

The food is good, but the delivery service is really sub-par. I was at home, but the delivery driver couldn’t find my house and claimed I wasn’t there. They suggested delivering the next day to my neighbors since I mentioned I wouldn’t be home. (And great, one day without food.) However, they again claimed I wasn’t home (but you were supposed to deliver it to my neighbors?!) When I called, they told me, “I should’ve been home.” Really?!
I really want this service to be good, but I can’t trust them for my weekly meals, which is a shame because the rest of the process is great. I’ve canceled my subscription until maybe one day this is fixed.

It's a great idea and hell that you're doing this, but there are also a few points. 1. If the delivery is delayed, it'll be great to get a message about it since we're paying for it. 2. Sometimes there are dishes with a lot of spices. If you don't have enough, you can salt them, but you've a lot, you can't do anything anymore...

I got an email my box was not delivered because I was not home. I was at home and no one rang the bell or my mobile that day.
I contacted support asking to get the box the following day and drop it off at the neighbours because I was not there on that day.
I am still waiting for my box although I was already billed.

Ofcourse the first week is exciting and you have your meals ready, and healthy. The second week is still okay-ish. But the repetition of the meals makes it quite boring. Always a big chuck of chicken filet for chicken. It tastes quite ok, but unfortunately quite boring after eating the similar thing week on week. Which is why I also am taking a break from Factor to eat something else for a change. If you had a wide variety to choose from, then that would be a big plus. And you know, healthy doesn't have to be boring ;)

Awful experience with this company, they can't provide me a refund of the manual payment I made for 1.5 month already. They either can not provide a proof that they made a refund. Their support is responsive, but useless, giving just formal replies and unhelpful advice a-la "check your mail" or "check your bank account from time to time" (wow, thanks, what a revelation!). I don't recommend it to anyone, especially never do manual bank transfer payments, their system doesn't seem to work.
