All of a sudden in my 4th week, They said that they couldn’t deliver my food because i wasnot home?! I was literally home the all day… I connected the support and someone called Micheale just kept insisting that she cant do shit other than sending it on monday and she wouldnt know which time it would arrive. I told her that im working till 5 and i cannot get it before 5. Then she ended my conversation just like that what a disrespectful person! Changed my all view of the company! Definitely go buy another subscription instead of factor, customer service is crap!!!

First delivery, I went home on a sunny day. Then I get the email, I am not at home. Ok fine, this happens. Then I get an email with in large and bold 12:00 tomorrow. I am like ok, great. My flatmate is working from home, so should be fine. Nothing. I call when I get home. Sorry you should have CALLED before 12:00 to plan a new delivery. NO REFUND, nothing on my first order. I do immediately know how this thing works. And you made the initial mistake. Basically robbed of 50 euro's..

I had good experience with Factor Meals, the ordering process and setup is quite convenient and the food is good quality, tastes really nice! I also like that you can choose your meals based on your preferences (keto, low-calorie, high-protein etc.). The only thing I'm not fully satisfied with is the portions, it's enough not to say it's too little but most of the times I don't feel full from the meals. I think a slight increase in portion would be a great improvement!

I tried it once and the food was fine. After that I cancelled the subscription and forgot about them. More than 2 month passed the service automatically renewed the subscription and started delivery the food to my neighbors when I was out of country.
The support just ignoring everything and refuse to refund. Strongly recommend to ban all transactions from them and delete your banking cards from the app.

Great food, worse customer care. I had paused my box for this week in the app. They charged me anyway! I tried to contact them via the phone, nobody picks up- but the call goes directly to a customer care review? On insta they told me to send a private message, only to ignore that too? Facebook is is an automated reply and there is no other way to contact them? If this is how they work, I will have to cancel the subscription

Overall the meals were tasty and varied, but I cancelled my membership because the delivery service was a nightmare. The drivers don’t always call and they refused to deliver my meals, despite the driver not calling on a second day of waiting around for the food. No effort to make it right, so I cancelled. Pity.

The meals are quite tasty. The problem is simply that they are too small. For the price, it's just not worth it. I have to have something else with the meal to feel full, which adds to the overall cost of each meal. Keep the taste, increase the size of the meal, and don't increase the price and I'll come back.

I would have left 5 stars for the concept but the variation and quality are missing the mark.
Your vegetarian options are only two each week. They're the same two meals every other week.
If your target market is people who want healthy meals I would recommend more veggie options that focus on proteins and not so much starches. Also healthy people usually stay away from pork.
Healthy people usually don't mind paying a higher price for quality. Personal health is more important than money.

They sometimes forget to send a meal, which is really bad when you have already planned your meals ahead. Their support is quite responsive, at least.
The fact that they select random meals for you if you don´t remember every single week to select what you want is really annoying, especially for people that have any sort of food restriction.
It's worth trying out if you have a discount on the first few boxes.

I've decided to use this service for an upcoming busy period in my life to order six dinners per week. The food is tasty and I can see that there are many options for non-vegetarians. The same cannot be said for vegetarian meals. Usually, there are two or three options, which means I have to order three portions of each and eat very repetitive meals. And the following week, only one of the options changes, so it gets really boring really fast. This also means that you cannot choose low-calorie, high-protein or non-spicy vegetarian meals because you only have two options to start with. Some meals also do not have sufficient protein and not filling enough - for example, the risotto has very little protein (3g per 100g) and you end up feeling like you need another meal on top of that.
All in all, I'm planning to try other similar services to find better vegetarian options because right now, I don't think this service is delivering what it promises. But I believe it's a really good option for non-vegetarians.

I like the food, its great, its handy if you have a busy schedule.
But when the delivery can’t be delivered you get a deadline to reschedule which inconvenient if you have to call for that.
There is no other methode to plan a second delivery.
And when you miss the deadline which is 12:00 apparently you don’t get your delivery or your money back.
So what happens with the food?
It just get thrown away?
