A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE
I live in the country and the 1st delivery was sent back to the company saying the address couldn't be found. I made 1 phone call and......IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY ! Excellent customer service too and that's rare now a days. Oh and also I spoke to someone that I understood and vice versa . The product is great too !

way over priced made in the us junk sounds about right!!!!
less then 2 months old and broke on me at the coldest time needing it.... the pin in the auger motor broke and the motor fell out of it and now im having problems with the blower want to run then shut off run then shut off.. with the price tag on this stove i would expect these problems to occur longer then just 2 months...i was recommended this brand by 2 people cause they have it and have good things to say about it BUT turns out that they have the way older model that are a little different built a little better.... people are brain washed in the made in the us of a in my opinion it's just an excuse to jack up the price..
