Only complaint would be that my order took several weeks longer to get than I was originally told, but the product that I received is fantastic and I would order it again

FactoryPure sent me a refurb generator that was expertly packed and extremely well-cleaned and tuned. It had the parts and instructions I needed, I was able to set it up easily. That's what I wanted and hoped for.

Great company, would shop with factory pure again.

The SuperHandy is great. We have had it for a month but didn’t have to use it until two days ago. Our thirty something kids, of course, needed to “test” it as soon as we got it and it passed with flying colors. Then two days ago my husband fell and it was very helpful. He is a big guy and the lift worked like a charm. We wouldn’t have been able to get him up without EMS if we hadn’t bought it. Too bad I can’t include a picture of the kids riding up and down in our living room. I highly recommend the Super Handy. It will hold the weight stated in the description. Delivery was exceptional and customer service was very responsive. 5 STARS!
