Thank you for your review! We value your feedback. When quoting instructor's edition textbooks, it can be difficult to determine which ISBN to use. Most of these types of textbooks have the student's and instructor's edition ISBN number on their instructor's textbooks. Whenever you have an instructor's copy textbook, please be sure to use the price that says "instructor's edition". Please give us a call, if you have any questions about your quotes.

The numbers I get never add up to the numbers they get. I always get less money than I expect. The reasons vary - but the reality is I use the ISBN I find on the book. I don't make these things up. They then find some reason to give me less money. On the other hand, them sending the boxes to me for shipping makes things easy.

Although a decent experience. NOT a good experience. I experienced numerous issues on the Faculty Books website. An inquiry was met with just do this and this rather than acknowledging the website crashes that I experience and dead links that do not work. Pretty frustrating.

Liars about 10% bonus codes .The money is deposited into my bank account reliably. That is good. The prices for books are so-so. Worst thing: They send emails promising a 10% bonus with a code. Every time I use the code, it is "no longer valid", even if I use it the same day I received the promotional email. So they are liars, every time.

I have researched your post and discovered we did have a 10% bonus campaign that ended on the 12th of May and you entered your transaction on the 16th of May. I also looked at the last several sales you have with Faculty Books. I found two additional sales this year during 10% bonus promotions. You sold books through the site on January 3rd and again on January 11th. We were running active 10% bonus campaigns during that time and in both cases, you received the 10% bonus. I am concerned that our communications may not be clear or something else happened which leaves you thinking we were somehow dishonest. We work very hard to make sure every interaction is as good as it could have been so we can continue to do business with great loyal customers like you. I am anxious to discuss where our communications may be improved so we can avoid issues like this.
