The worst company, avoid at all cost
I have had a poor experience with this company. My background check has stayed in progress since December 5, 2025, with no clear timeline for completion. The process moves slowly, and communication adds to the frustration. I contacted support several times to ask for a status update and to see if I could provide anything to move things forward. I received no helpful answers and no guidance. If you value timely service and clear communication, you should think carefully before choosing this company.

I felt deceived; it was pretty much invasive and useless. I waited months to work for a company I always dreamed of, and these people from First Advantage kept asking meaningless questions, and I know for sure I won't get hired because of them. I felt as if they stole my personal information, and I have never done anything wrong. Thanks for ruining my chance of getting a good job.

I registered with the only DBS provider accepted by Transport for London (TfL), but the registration process is extremely confusing and poorly designed.
There are different Organisation IDs and Access Codes for new applicants and renewals, yet this is not clearly explained. As a result, I mistakenly registered using the renewal details, even though I am a new applicant.
Once this error was made, there was no way to edit or correct the Organisation ID or Access Code. I even tried registering again with a new email address, but the system still did not allow me to fix the mistake.
To make matters worse, this happened over the weekend, the system does not work properly, and there is no phone support or clear guidance available. This has already caused unnecessary delays and wasted time.
For a mandatory and exclusive service, this level of usability and support is unacceptable. I am requesting a reset or clear instructions to allow me to register correctly as a new applicant.

Call , on october tenth I went in for a drug and background y'all neglected to send it to my employer now it's been 3 months, I happen to go down and take another one, take a day off work, I think you're all totally responsible. I have hired an attorney. You won't answer your phone, you put me on this automated s*** and it's not there, so my attorney will be in touch.
