Was super easy process

Was super easy to file a complaint and even though it took some time I wasn't made to run behind them or send numerous emails or calls. The case was resolved. Thank you for your professionalism

Everything went extremely slow and LOOK…

Everything went extremely slow and LOOK OUT: The company keeps a lot (!) of the money you are asking in compensation. Will never use this service again, but apply directly to Bahn.de and get the full amount I was entitled to. To me as non native German speaking it seemed like a total scam. So sad about this.

Awesome service

I was able to have a partial refund of the ticket, because one of international trains was late and I had to change reservation. Everything was really painles and without any problems. I had my monay back after less than 24 hours :O Cool.

Non satisfy

It was assumed that I am using DB official system to return for delay ,but it was not right and just the name and sign was similar , therefore as it was not my choice , basically I am not satisfied .

Uncertain it is left (with a threat that I might not receive any money at all) how much I would have received back when I would have waited for a month....

Therefore, we only receive a commission for successful work to cover our own costs. The amount of the commission depends, among other things, on the enforceability of the case and the economic risk.

Lie about refund within 24 hours

Says refund within 24 hours on their site, but not really....wrong advertisement, and trying to erase bad review for their lies. 1 star for you!!
