Nicholas gakumbi came to my property to carry out gas checks, such an amazing man! Went above and beyond to make sure everything is working the way it should be, sorted out my problem with my boiler which had been getting annoying and explaining to me what the actual problem was! Mark (electrician) called ahead as requested and arrived exactly when I was told. Very polite and understanding of the barking dogs which were shut away. Weds 24th Sept during a gas check the engineer Colin Baker found a gas leak, he was very professional and dealt with it very quickly by turning off the gas and alerting the utilities of this all whilst reassuring me and answering every question I asked him so I didnt feel unsafe or the need to worry,
As an anxiety suffering person this meant a lot for me as I felt I was able to stay in the house and felt safe knowing this was being sorted.
Id like to say he really is a credit to your company and have thanked him and would like him to be recognised as a valuable asset to your company

Called at 0700 to report that my heating and hot water were not working, which was a real concern as the temperature had fallen to 6 degrees outside and I have a 3 week old newborn baby. Mo Rahim and his colleague arrived around 0815 and by 0900 had resolved the issue, restored the heating and hot water and educated me on how to resolve the issue myself if it were to occur again. Excellent service all round.

Mohammed quickly and correctly identified the fault and set about fixing the problem. He quoted 45-60mins and was done 95mins later (following a few snags).
Very friendly workman who completed the job with no fuss and cleaned up after himself.

Mohammed Rahim came to our property to help with a boiler issue, very professional and friendly. He helped explain the full issue with our boiler and the reasoning behind it. He attended later on in evening after a long day for himself and still carried out a great fix allowing for us to have hot water and heating again, thank you - top guy!

Mohammed Rahim came to fix our heating issue at our home. All I can say is outstanding work, he also explained to me what was wrong and what he needed to do. He’s so informative without you even needing to ask many questions and so friendly. I felt so sorry for him having to fix not one but two problems. As our house was absolutely boiling it was making me feel poorly as well as our children. I have MS as well so this makes my disease worse with temperatures. I’d called on Tuesday and originally the work wasn’t meant to be sorted until Friday. Thankfully I got a phone call Wednesday saying they could do this job today. Hewer, I’d definitely say you and our military community are very lucky to have Mohammed on your team. In the past workers haven’t been so great but Mohammed was great. Please give him a bonus 😏. Again, still so informative without me having to ask many questions which was great whereas in the past workers haven’t told you what was wrong and then just come down 5 minutes later and say ‘it’s done’ and away they went.

The work Jack carried out was completed to an excellent standard, and he made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and strong focus on safety — he checked everything thoroughly, which gave me real peace of mind that the job had been done properly.
