Its a good service generally, but there really is a habit of the cleaner falling sick regularly or arrives later than requested for. Sometimes it happens so frequently that you begin to question whether they are sick or if they want to come and work on their own time, not at the requested time. It's easier if there's a bit more honestly on why the cleaner is unable to come - e.g. childminding and other personal responsibilities etc... we're all human and we understand that sometimes there can be some uncontrollable variables other than a consistent weekly sickness that always seems to resolve within a day.
