About Fair for You

Unsurprisingly, being called ‘Fair for You’, we really care about fairness. We believe that people who are less well-off or whose financial circumstances are more difficult than most should not have to pay more for credit.
Fair for You helps you buy essential household products directly from our trusted retailers by providing you with fair, affordable finance. You apply for a loan from us, which we pay directly to the retailer of your chosen product when you complete your purchase.
Your product will come to you straight from the retailer, ensuring you get top quality products from well-known retailers like Whirlpool, along with all the delivery, installation, and aftercare support you’d expect.
With a Fair for You loan, you can choose how long you’d like to borrow for and how frequently you’d like to pay. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly and borrow for as long or short a period as you like. You can even change your repayments if your circumstances change.
The shorter the loan period you choose the less interest you pay overall. We’re a bit different from other lenders, which means there are no charges or fees if you’d like to pay a bit extra towards your loan. The faster you pay, the less you pay.

I have been with this company for years and all of a sudden I’m being refused for everything, they can’t use finance as an excuse because my finances are better than ever with less going out. They have just become a seriously bad company to deal with, then come out with rubbish as an excuse. Do not recommend dealing with them😡
Cant reply to their reply so putting it here, the excuse you gave is rubbish. If I'm in a better financial position and only have a £17 fortnightly payment too you then how is it that when my financial situation wasn’t that great I got nearly £100 credit a month off you yet now its better I can’t even get £35 a month. It’s just bull that you claim these statements about helping but when something is needed not wanted you say no..

As part of our collections process, we have set timescales for when an account may be reported as being in default. Before an account reaches this stage, we make several attempts to contact customers by email and text, encouraging them to speak with our team so we can discuss their circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable payment plan.
As a responsible lender, we also have a responsibility to ensure that the information we report to credit reference agencies is accurate and reflects the true status of the account. Where an account has reached the required stage for a default to be reported, we are therefore required to report this information accurately.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, but we must ensure that the information we provide to credit reference agencies is a true reflection of the account.

Got an iceland card used it once.
Got an iceland card used it once.
Didn't send me a card through the post paid all of that off.
Applied to use it again they accepted. Have taken money but I have still have no card after waiting for months!
I will never use again.
They have money for services I did not receive.
Emails are getting ignored and they will be taken more money in a few weeks and there's nothing I can do.
