UNNECESSARILY HIGH COST OF FREIGHT
main issue is the cost of freight, where freight can cost more than the part.
Fairline quote during purchase to freight 250g from UK to Australia is GBP46. Royal Post with tracking is GBP11. Fairline should act in the interest of clients and find more economical ways of supplying non urgent parts as am sure boat owners would prefer to spend the money with Fairline that with freight companies.

Long lead time….
The Fairline crew are quick to respond, but the time from order to the parts leave the warehouse are too long… My order took 3 months before it was shipped. ( All parts in stock)

The last order worked very well and fast compared to the order before.
The order before (from september 2021) was delivered about 2 month later. I think, that was too long.

Communication.....
Item ordered 17th January. Shipping is supposed to be 72 hours.
Item has not yet been despatched as of 24th January.
No communication from Fairline re delay in despatch.
Phoned today to find out if there is a problem. Once through the automated section, the phone rang four times and then cut off.
