Very pleased with the price and service for our latest purchase from Fairline.The parts which had to be modified were expeditiously done and the delivery from UK to Langkawi, Malaysia took less than 7 days!

I ordered a Fairline decal and it arrived two days later

Although the package was delivered in what looked like new packaging, the items had been opened and repacked.
On installation, the bilge pump would not pump, but just ran fast and the sump box overflowed. Teasing the float switch helped as occasionally the pump emptied the sump, but on the next occasion would just cycle and not pump.
Disappointed, but changed the pump at further expense and all now working fine.
Do these items end up on ebay when they have been found to not work properly? Who knows, but when a deal seems to good to be true, it usually is!

Blaine is always very helpful. The only we issue we constantly encounter is very high costs for duty and VAT once the items arrive in Malta. We, therefore, cannot quote to the client until the items are here.

Going through a nightmare scenario with poorly manufactured propellers for my Targa 64 that as delivered that didn’t match each other. Moreover, the propeller keys didn’t fit the shaft or even match each other in size. Spent thousands to bring the propellers to class one standard and several hours extra yard time having each key ground to fit the shafts. Fairline Parts denies responsibility, demands calibration certification from the company I had remanufacture the props, but did not even respond to my email requesting the same calibration certification from Clements.
UPDATE: Fairline is selective and deceptive in their response to my review. Their representative has not answered my questions or responded to email. If the props had been manufactured correctly, each would have been the same. They were not. Moreover, if manufactured correctly there would have been no need for several hours of machine work to retrofit the props keys which otherwise would not fit the prop shafts.
