Scammers .Avoid like the plague. You'll thank me later

Promises lifetime support but offered none when I needed it. Emailed support and got a stock response that they didn't even bother including my name or a sign off. Just a cut and paste reason why they weren't going to doing a single thing to help me.
All I wanted was to use software I had bought on a laptop that is now damaged to the point that I can't retrieve the license. Didn't offer any help at all and the email lacked even the most basic and rudimentary elements of customer service, such as conveying even the tiniest appreciation of the person's business or seeming like they care one iota.

They don't sell a single thing that isn't available elsewhere.
Do yourself a favour.
AVOID.

I purchased the software and got a product key. However, after downloading I have gone to validate and been told that product key is NOT valid.
Absolutely no response from their one email address info@... and no phone number. Have I jsut been scamed out of £20? I fear so.

Fair definitely not! they have NO customer service. I paid via Paypal and recieved no email for the software download and my emails to their support or billing addresses don't get answered. Have started a refund dispute with Paypal but save yourself the hassle folks.

Ordered a Microsoft product code.
No email received, luckily I set up an account when I purchased it so I was able to get the code online.
They provide a link to enter the code, this didn't work.
Finally found the microsoft url to enter the code and it doesn't work.
Sent two emails to them to ask for help, no reply.
Having to start a dispute resolution with Paypal.
Awful company, please avoid.

Bought a Windows 11 licence ... instant download promised but alas, money taken and no download link!
Account has been set up and the order is showing but the download states No purchased downloads available!
The email confirmation provides the download link but this directs to a Server error! Sent 3-chat messages and an email but no reply to any. It was a Sunday, so I waited until today in the hope it may materialise but it looks like I'll have to start a case via Paypal.
Only purchased as it was an 'instant download' ... this has put my pc build well and truly behind. Very frustrating.
24-hours later and the website is having issues so contacted PayPal and they arranged an instant refund.

Update: contacted this morning with the licence key and a note to say their servers were down! Well, too late I'm afraid as I had to go elsewhere.

This company doesn't have any customer support. When something goes wrong no one responds to messages.
I purchased a license and the transaction went through automatically with instant purchase (Guest login) but no license key followed.
I'm now forced to persue a refund through Paypal claims, which would be avoidable if this seller responded to messages

I have emailed numerous times as the key they sent does not work, Microsoft sent notification that the key was in use on another computer. Fairsoftware have not responded at all. I require my money back!!!

Have dealt with FairSoftware UK for many years. Have ordered and downloaded MANY copies of Microsoft Office i.e. 2016, 2019 etc.
Have NEVER experienced any problems ordering, paying, downloading or installing software from this company. The licenses and activation of the software has always worked first time - no problems.
They even 'upgraded' one of my Microsoft Office programmes that I had ordered to a higher spec., at no extra cost.
Have no problems in recommending FairSoftware UK as a source for your Microsoft Office programmes.

I purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2019 and everything was easy to install and all went well until my Windows PC carried out one of its usual software upgrades. After the update Office put up a message giving me just 4 days to activate the office software!

Try as I might to give it the key again I could not clear the message so I turned to Microsoft support for help and after they spent over an hour with my PC said "The retailer should not sell MSDN keys to me" which evidently is what they did and Microsoft also said "Please contact the retailer now and ask for a new product key" because they thought that the key I was given was time restricted.

So I did and guess what ?

They do not reply and I wonder why !!!

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student but the download link I was sent only went to Office Professional Plus. I have contacted them 3 times over the last 6 days and have still not had a response.
I finally got a reply and after some fun & games I got it working. This is very good value software & worth the hassle for the £100 I have said but a swifter response from customer service would have resulted in a 5 star review.

The purchase of the Mcafee key was very easy and the instructions were clear. Delivery was really quick and everything worked well. I would certainly use this supplier again without hesitation.

After initial reservation due to the price being so low I took the plunge. I need not have worried excellent product with easy download process. Would definitely recommend.

I have to give this poor review because I wrote to the Fair Software customer team with an important query about 3 weeks ago and have not received a reply!

Great price for MS Office home & student 2021, key delivered immediately. Download - paste key - go easy as that. Great service and no issues whatsoever.
