I ordered some plants for my parents 60th wedding anniversary which I put in the notes section online. Fairweather were so great the next day they emailed and called me to ask if I wanted a message to go in with the order. It’s the thoughtful, little touches like this that make an online purchase as special as an actual visit to a physical shop. Thoroughly recommend!

Great plants in the end of season sale. Your end is fantastic 5 stars. Delivery is 3 stars. Overnight delivery you are paying for (?) emailed to say the consignment was arriving everyday for 3 days.... it did eventually arrive - on its side where you had clearly marked 'this way up!'
