After reading previous negative views I was a bit worried as I also ordered a car windscreen cover mid December and received the delivery report with the incorrect product number. However, the cover finally arrived on Saturday (14th) via Evri. Just in time too as the last 2 nights have been very frosty in West Dumbartonshire. Material a bit flimsy but I have been the only one in my street who didn't have to scrape the windscreen in the mornings. Cover easily fits on a Toyota Rav 4 and does an excellent job!
Suspect main problem was with Evri so gave 3 stars.

ordered car windscreen covers in December. nothing arrived, company do not respond to emails. shocking scammers, crooks, con men.

Ordered a neck massager from them which did eventually arrive, but does not work have contacted them but no response

STAY WELL AWAY. Ordered items 2 months ago and did not receive. Emails are unanswered. Thankfully paid via PayPal so hopefully will get a refund.

I ordered a windscreen cover after seeing extensive ads from Fairyspark on Facebook and Instagram. I ordered on December 12th but 27 days later I have not received even a tracking number (as promised). Under their 30-day money back guarantee promise I have subsequently sent two emails requesting a full refund. I am still waiting for an email response from them.
UPDATE: Received an email promising to refund me. 3 days later, my windscreen cover is delivered. Examining the dates, Fairyspark took 17 DAYS to post it while Evri took 13 DAYS to deliver it! So I could write TWO negative reviews here!

No delivery, no response, no communication.

Edit: parcel did eventually turn up (Evri issues). Didn't have any response to queries though.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering a car windscreen cover on the 16th Dec.got sent an invalid tracking number.They use a useless courier company too
I will keep harassing them for the order but won't be ordering again

Totally rubbish fake company. I ordered in November and other than the email accepting order I have never heard from them again. They do not reply in a day as they state in fact they do not reply at all. I got in touch with pay pal and have finally managed to get my money back. Avoid

Ordered windscreen cover on 10 December. No response to my emails. No goods delivered. Paid with PayPal so will open a dispute. Don’t trust these con merchants.

Ordered a pair of earrings at the beginning of December which arrived on the 31st via Hermes. So the strikes in the postal service can’t be blamed. The earring posts were bent and there is not ridges on them so the backs just slide straight off. Customer services hopeless, they just don’t reply

Wouldn’t buy from these again. My order never turned up, rudely told me to be patient. Stopped responding to me and my request for a refund.
Had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Company seems like a con to me. Avoid at all costs.

Didn't get what I expected, I ordered the old red Christmas truck with the trees on the back.
The one I recieved was different to what I thought I was getting,it was smaller than expected the wheels were shiny silver, should have been old hub caps painted red.
The trees were cast instead of wire effect pine. The steps were red, they should have been dark grey metal effect. It was way to shiny and bright red, didnt look old like the photo's, had known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it.

Ordered some Christmas design earrings 4th December, no sign of them by 25th and the tracking number was clearly fake. Emailed them twice with no success and had been planning to try and get my money back in the new year. Earrings arrived today 30th, slightly damaged backs to them but nothing I couldn’t fix myself. They are actually very pretty earrings so I am pleased. Stars taken off however for late arrival of the items and not responding to emails.

I wished I read these reviews before ordering. Ordered and paid for my items over two weeks ago, not received my order, sent them three emails, absolutely no reply. Going to take this further because they are cons I am starting to believe. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - FAIRYSPARK. They need to be investigated and shut down.

I ordered a bathroom shower storage rack from Fairyspark.after reading the negative feedbacks and it taking a rather long time to arrive I was somewhat apprehensive about the outcome.It did arrive well packed and it was totally as advertised.So in my case I am very satisfied with the outcome.Speak as you find.

Ordered 2 items on 6/12/22. Still not arrived, sent 3 emails ,still no reply. Like the reviews I’ve just read !should have read the reviews first., It’s a con, they are sharks,with big teeth. Not a name I shall forget, my concern is the bank details , but have been informed by the bank ,if they were going to empty it,they would have by now. Funny just hours after writing this the goods arrived, however had the company answered my emails this could have been avoided. I’ll never use them again. Thanks to my bank for those reassuring words.

Ordered a scarf as an Xmas present on the 9th Dec… still waiting and no response and a fake tracking number. Should have read the reviews first. Live and learn.

same as others with windscreen cover .thought i orderd the one shown on facebook was sent cheap rubbish .

Ordered shower tray in October . Never arrived . No response to emails . Fraudulent. Don’t use .
