Ordered windshield with covers for the wingmirrors absolute disgrace. When arrived basic windshield only contacted company they said that's what I paid for. Found through Facebook definitely not going to order of that site again will stick to Amazon in future.

I ordered a shower tray on 6 December and two weeks later it has still not arrived and I have had no reply to the emails i have sent enquiring about the order.

As ever another thieving, cheating, lying on line scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

My experience don’t ordered any products through this sight . It’s scam I believe .

I too like other reviewers had seen the reviews. I ordered 3 calendars end of November and now we are 3 weeks into December, and nothing has arrived. I received a shipping notification but I think it is fake as no response from the business when I have contacted them twice. Why is this so called company allowed to advertise on FB? I broke my own rules by purchasing something through FB in case it is a fake ad - never again!

Do not buy from this company,i ordered and paid for the item 2nd December,got a email stating the item had been dispatched 3rd December,it still hasn’t arrived.I emailed at least three times not received any replies,like others on here i now believe this is a scam site.Don’t waste your time and money buying from the Fairyspark.

Product took 6 weeks to arrive. No reply to emails. Poor product, nothing like description and not working. Total scam. Unable to return item or get refund as no documents with product and website no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE/"COMPANY"

After seeing this product on a Facebook advert I wish I never bothered purchasing. Wasn't made clear item was in china, when it did come item was quite flimsy and missing its instructions, doesn't do what its supposed to do at all a waste of just under £18. Contacted customer services and was told they do not take returns and was told all they could do was to give a 50%refund, so upon looking it turns out I was told incorrectly and I messaged customer service back with some copy and pasted info which a total turnaround happened and I had a full refund including postage - total crap item and total charlatans of a company.

Scam!! Like a lot of the other reviews, paid got an instant email to advise a delivery date email would be sent ! Shock horror no email after 2 weeks and no goods. Steer well clear

Still waiting on my light for grand daughter come on, money has been paid. Where are the goods.?? Bad customer service indeed. If you can't deliver I'll have my refund.

10 wks ago I purchased a Queen Elizabeth 2nd Funko pop for my granddaughters birthday end of October. Said item was stolen after bein left unsecurely. 10 emails later and only reply I get is automated. Same 1 received every time. They are completely ignoring my request for a refund in full. BEWARE DO NOT USE.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still not received it. Also contacted them over and over and still waiting for a response.

Only one star because not able to give none. Ordered socks and was advised that they were on the way four weeks ago. Will try and achieve refund from card provider. What a sham!

I ordered a small wall heater and when it eventually came the box was badly damaged, not by the post I hasten to add, it had obviously been used before and presumably returned possibly as the fitted plug on the thing was loose and it kept switching off. No return address was sent with my order.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. Ordered an item and when it turned up it looked nothing like the image. I wanted to send it back for a refund. Their returns 'Support Centre' link to open a returns ticket just takes you back to their contact page. There is no returns form. Emailed them a number of times on the only email provided, no response. Left a negative review on the item, it never appeared. Actually there's only one review on the website for the item, and it's very positive! Odd.... Dodgy shysters. Steer well clear.

Total scam, waited over 3 weeks for my shower tray to hold shower bottles etc and when it finally arrived let’s just say it didn’t do what it said on the tin, absolutely useless, does not fit the shower and ended up in the bin after sending many emails with no response, no wonder they have no contact telephone number, they have been reported so please stay clear of this so called company.

Made an online order on 5th November and received an instant email acknowledgement. No delivery by 17th november so sent an email to customer services, got no response. Sent a chaser email 21st November, still awaiting a reply and my goods.

OMG. I ordered two Faucet Holders as seen on Facebook. They took around three and a half weeks to arrive. I have no idea how big the faucet (taps) are in China but the fastening on them is way to small to fit our taps. They are cheap and nasty and including delivery cost £19.98. Complete waste of money. Avoid this site at all cost

I ordered the Christmas DIY kit, took weeks to arrive but no instructions! Have emailed them, waiting for a reply. Doesn’t look hopeful though.

I ordered off Fairyspark. When my item arrived which was about 3 weeks the box was damaged and the item looked like it had been used before. I contacted FP with my concerns but i have had no response.
