Not the quality product shown on the…

Not the quality product shown on the site and very pricey for what was received! Sales image showed 3D carved wood, what was recieved was like a piece of flat plywood with an image on it! My advice, do not buy anything!

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy , wait time on product a little long but reasonable, product quality was a little disappointing, the wording on the back side was messed up in one place where you couldn’t read it , but my husband said it was fine when I offered to return it , he said it’s a little imperfect just like us

Like the product

Like the product. Did not like that it auto corrected my address. Mail does not get delivered to physical address. Only a PO Box. And when it auto corrected it did include Unit #. Luckily I have 5 good neighbors and no porch pirates!

Didn't receive order and customer service very poor.

I ordered two items -- pocket hug and lighted mason jar. I also paid an extra fee to expedite my order since I needed this in a timely manner. Several issues. First, I didn't receive the pocket hug; only received the mason jar. When I reported this and finally heard back, company wanted pictures of the packaging I did receive, which had been discarded since I don't typically hold on to shipping materials for days. Shipment was confusing. Kept receiving emails implying two shipments were occurring, but only one tracking number. The site for tracking never had any information; not that it shipped, not that it was in transit, not that it was one or two orders, and not that it was delivered. Order also took weeks to arrive. Email inquiries take a long time to get responses. So, now I have to file a claim with my credit card company for the missing item; I don't have the pocket hug as a wedding gift. I could never recommend this company.

Man of Faith and a Disabled American Veteran

Being a man of Faith and a Disabled American Veteran, the outdoor rug depicts both my love for God and Country. It is displayed proudly at the entrance to my home for whom ever may enter.
I am proud to be an American.

The product is well made and the price was within my price range.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

From the moment I placed my order, I have been dissatisfied with the process. It took 6-8 weeks for the item to arrive. I would ask for an update and not get much information. When I requested to cancel due to timing, they did answer. I ordered a personalized stuffed rabbit for Easter for my grandson. The item arrived with a 2"x3" sticker on the back of it that will not come off. I contacted the company for a refund as I am not able to give my grandson a stuffed animal with a sticker on the back. They instructed me to use a blow dryer to try to take the sticker off. This did not work. They are only willing to give me a 30% refund. The stuffed animal cost over $40. This is unacceptable. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISHED I DID MY HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Replacement purchase--exceeded expectations

This purchase was a replacement for a ring I used to have. This version was beefier and slightlylarger scale, thus better quality. The package tracking information was frequent but not detailed. However, the product arrived in a reasonable time and in very good condition.

very bad customer service-took about…

very bad customer service-took about one full month to get order-picture to orange-no means to hand it on wall-would not recommend buying from this company-I ask for a discount and they wanted pictures-I sent them and was told the pictures were not clear enough and they could not read the packing label
