Did not arrive on time.

I love this cylinder and I know the couple I bought it for will love it too but it came later than it was supposed to. It took almost a month to get it. I was lucky that they postponed their party for a month because this didn’t come until almost a week after their original date. I wish shipping was quicker and I was given an arrival date but it was very late and I felt I ordered it in plenty of time to get it on time.

Product was not what I expected to…

Product was not what I expected to receive. Customer service was terrible. Don't buy from them its terrible. They offered a discount on my next order was how they satisfy the customer instead of standing u on their products satisfaction. They wanted me to fill out another form and send pictures which I had already done before I made my review.

Warning Stay Away

Warning, research before you buy from this disaster!
Purchased a $25 flameless candle. Once received, looked nothing like picture on their website. Cheap plastic with a broken tab on the battery door. Did not ask for return but simply a 2cent battery door. The emails and pictures sent of my defective candle to them were exhausting. THE ABSOLUTE WORST INTERNET PURCHASE I'VE EVER HAD!
ALL never ending / stall tactic email replies from this company begin with the canned - "We are sorry" and "we realize the frustration"! No Customer Service Rep with toll free number to help just endless do nothing email replies. The link you sent after I composed initial review does not work!
At this point going to take the $25.00 loss and hope prospective shoppers think twice before they buy from you!

Product is attractive. It came with a flaw in craftsmanship. An edge of the door mat looks like it double stamped. I also wish you offered a heavier product so it would wear longer.

Product was defective on the edge. Looks like it double printed .
Edit: the company was quick to reach out and replaced the rug quickly. The new rug is perfect and customer service was great!

I ordered this for my husband because I…

I ordered this for my husband because I loved the words.

I received the item today & I am very disappointed with the size. It is slightly bigger than a quarter and very difficult to read the saying. You need a magnifying glass to read it.

I ordered this because I loved the saying but I don’t think it was worth the $35 I paid.

No mistakes, good quality, beautifully done.

The product appeared just as hoped without any mistakes and beautifully done. It was, however, a little lighter than expected; a doormat should have some weight to it to remain in place. The area of concern for this company is where they source their products; China. Delivery was anyone's guess for timing and it took longer than expected.

I will never buy anything again because…

I will never buy anything again because it is not made in the US. Shame on you for acting like an American company you. I will send my items back for a refund if they get here.

I think the advertising picture was deceiving

I think the advertising picture was very deceiving. It looked like it was an engraved wooden product but turned out it was just a printed laminate on a piece of material (not wood).

They took forever to deliver it because…

They took forever to deliver it because its made in China. Also wrong name on door mat. When I asked to return they insisted I spelled my name wrong. My last name on mu email plus my billing is Dunn they sent Dumn. They wouldn't make it right. Poor quality bad customer service . Oversees company . Do not buy.

Not only did it not get shipped…

Not only did it not get shipped accurately to the websites stated description but it came in defective. It's supposed to be a birthday present but since it came in defective and I can't wait for a new one to be shipped for 3 weeks I requested a refund. Again, as stated on their website a refund is an option but they are fighting me on that. Do not recommend this website

I have submitted multiple tickets with zero resolution. It's not difficult to honor the refund request. Photos have been submitted as well
