Still waiting on a critical death certificate after repeated requests.
I’ve been left under immense stress due to poor communication, no follow-through, and a total lack of accountability.
I’ve been patient and understanding for over 5 weeks, but not even calling, showing up to an agreed appointment, or replying to numerous email requests — despite me clearly explaining I have URGENT legal appointments — is simply unacceptable.
All I’ve received are excuses — and not a shred of responsibility.
This has added unnecessary pressure during such an extremely stressful time.
I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting care, respect, or RESPONSIBLE FOLLOW UP during such an Extremely Stressful time. I have been BEYOND Patient, Understanding & to not even Call, Apologize or SHOW UP TO AN APPT (with no follow up AT ALL) has only ADDED to this extremely stressful time
