High value product and great customer support

I participated in Render Camp's annual Black Friday Sale and purchased the Beginners Course + Pro viz course bundle. The course contents included pre-recorded videos, project files shared on Google Drive, and a support chat hosted on Discord.

I've worked my way through the 12 part video course (roughly 24 hrs of content) over a month and I've completed my very first render in 3dsmax + Corona.

The quality of the education is very high and is comparable to what you'd get in a private art college but at a fraction of the cost.

Even the support is responsive and I was able to get help with any problems I had while working through the course. Big shout out to Maxim for helping me when I got stuck. There was also one instance where a folder was missing on the shared drive and support promptly restored it after I emailed them.

Overall I highly recommend render camp to other beginners like me who are struggling to find good info about 3ds max online. The course is worth every cent and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Big thanks to the render camp team.

A game-changer for learning 3D visualization

A game-changer for learning 3D visualization

I am honestly amazed by how much I’ve learned in just four weeks. The curriculum is structured perfectly to take you from zero to creating realistic visualizations very quickly.

The course does a fantastic job balancing technical skills (like modeling and material settings) with the artistic side of things, capturing the right mood and feeling in a render. It was an intense month of learning, but absolutely worth it. If you are looking to get into arch-viz or 3D design, this is the perfect starting point.

A massive shout-out to the team at render.camp and Ira. Thank you for the amazing lessons and support. You made learning a complex software feel intuitive and fun.

RENDER CAMP COURSE

Thank you all for the wonderful experience and the support throughout the entire course. I had the opportunity to learn a lot, and what I needed and valued the most was the working approach itself, which proves effective in any situation. Daniel is very skilled at what he does, and that is reflected in the ease with which he teaches. Once again, thank you all for this amazing experience!

I participated in "Beginners 24" in…

I participated in "Beginners 24" in September 2025 and can only say good things about the course.
For an entire month, I found a dedicated platform that was super organized and supported by attentive and available instructors to support me on this adventure.
In this course, in addition to a series of incredibly important and valuable videos featuring the most commonly used techniques, plugins, and productivity tips for not only 3ds Max but also Corona Renderer, the classes are also taught by a teacher, Ira Ostrovska, who, besides being a great artist, possesses great communication skills, patience, and empathy with her students, as many had no experience with the programs covered.
This all became very clear with the 3 live classes per week, and also with individual comments on the students' work done daily.
It's an intensive course that requires dedication, but the organization staff and the instructor make the classes light, interesting, productive, and, most importantly, always keep us motivated to try everything taught.
Finally, I can't help but give it a 5-star rating. It's a well-organized, interesting course, supported by people who genuinely care about ensuring you have a great experience.
I leave with the confidence that I've acquired important tools, valuable techniques, advice, and, above all, a methodology that, judging by the extensive work presented, is more than proven as a successful methodology.
Therefore, congratulations to the team, thank you very much for everything, and I hope we can meet again in the future.

Not a magic course - but it works if you do.

I came across render.camp through a video on YouTube and got curious. I started checking out their free lessons - both on YouTube and their website - and honestly, it turned out to be a goldmine.

Later, I purchased one of their recorded lesson bundles, “The Best of PV X50.” It included scenes created by previous students, which allowed me to skip modeling and really focus on lighting, materials, and composition - exactly what I wanted to improve. That’s when I finally managed to create a render I was genuinely proud of. I still share those works on my socials.

After that, I challenged myself again by joining the full “Professional Visualization 14” course in February 2025, which I successfully completed. It was a big step up - more intense, more responsibility on me, but also more progress.

A few months later, I also took the mini-course “PV Intensive 2025,” which helped me complete two large commercial projects - both clients were looking for the kind of renderings we practiced during the course.

These aren’t the kind of courses where everything is spoon-fed. It’s more like being thrown into deep water - if you start to sink, they’ll help. If you already know something, they’ll guide you. But either way, you still have to swim on your own - just under the supervision of people who really know visualization.

If you’re ready to work hard instead of chasing magic buttons, render.camp can genuinely help you grow. If you’re willing to think, test, and ask questions when stuck - it works.

Big thanks to the render.camp team!

Enrolled in PV16 and it was worth every penny.
A very intense and amazing course that leveled me up like 10x time. Insane amounts of useful information and the render camp team always there to support and help. I implemented all of these methods and speed up my work. General feeling to shaders is great and also helped me to get valuable feedback from the clients early on. So I just wanted to thank Render camp team for everything.

What can be improved:
1. I am not sure but I think at least one of the live workshops can be a scene by the render.camp team themeselves and not student. Something unusual like aerial render or anything that is much more difficult to model in a time that is available in the course.
2. I was a little bit misled about the course start and while it was my fault still "customer" can be silly sometimes and need a reminder about the rules when they buy the course.

Other than that I recommend PV course to professionals who want to take their renders a bit further in quality.

A unique educational resource!

Render Camp, as always, is exciting, insightful, and cutting-edge. You are a unique educational resource!

It is so impressive that by following a few clear rules, my renders started to look much more realistic. The hardest part was breaking out of my usual workflow, but it was absolutely worth it!

I'm really happy to be part of this course. Thanks a lot for all the valuable information and advice!

The render.camp team are really professionals. I appreciate the time they take to answer all the students' questions. Personally, as a professional 3d artist, I found very helpful this course because of many helpful information I received! It's a very demanding 5 weeks course and you must bring everything to the table if you want it to be really satisfied in the end.

Professional Visualization 16

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the whole Render Camp team. Seriously, you guys packed so much value into this experience. It was intense, no doubt, but totally worth it. What stuck with me most were the deep dives into color theory, composition and lighting, those three really changed how I see image-making, especially when it comes to working with shaders and chasing that photorealitic feel. Every single trick we learned paid off, Master Daniel especially showed us how to speed and build a smarter workflow. That mindset shift? Game changing. You support and patience throughout the course didn't go unnoticed. It made the whole journey feel way more human. A special shotuout to Maxim, always ready to help, always present. Wishing him nothing but the best ahead!
If you love what you do and want give deeper into the world of visualization, this is the path to take. No doubt abouit it.
Once again, thank you very much!

Render Camp ArchViz Course: Misleading and Unprofessional

My experience with Render Camp was frustrating and useless. I purchased the professional ArchViz course (PV11, April-May 2024) hoping to receive valuable training, but I got nothing for what I paid. I was expecting well-structured lessons, a real balance between render engines (Corona, V-Ray, and F-Storm), and transparency in content management. However, the reality was quite different:
🚨 Misuse of student scenes
Render Camp uses the scenes that students submit for classes and then includes them, without authorization, in commercial products, such as lesson compilations they sell in promotions like Black Friday. In my case, my exterior scene, which also contained paid assets, was included in one of these packages (November 2024) without my permission, credit, or any compensation. They also use student scenes as "bonuses" in email promotions to encourage sales of their future courses.
❌ Lack of transparency
The course content changes without prior notice and without clear justification. Although it is promoted as a course for professionals or advanced students, they accept anyone, which negatively affects the learning dynamic.
🏗️ Methodology disconnected from the industry
Their methodology does not reflect standard practices in ArchViz. Rather than offering real training, it seems more like a recruitment process for their own company. They don’t teach modern techniques or PBR materials (except in post-production with AI), and the concepts are presented without in-depth explanations. Stable Diffusion is marketed as a tool for creating concepts as part of a professional workflow, but it is barely touched upon for post-production and is replaced by Magnific.
I requested that they stop using my scene and asked for a refund. (January 2025).The response was evasive and manipulative, with no responsibility taken. When I asked for their company details for legal advice, they refused to provide them. I did not request a refund immediately after the course in May 2024 because, due to the frustrating experience I had with the course, I became ill. I had to prioritize my health and postpone dealing with this matter.
⚠️ Is Render Camp worth it?
If you're looking for honest and professional training, this course is not the best option. Although their website has a polished aesthetic, they don’t mention the sudden content changes or that the methodology only helps replicate references, making it hard to apply in real projects. Also, if you submit a scene expecting to learn about a specific render engine, you risk them using it for a live lesson—but explained with another engine! And the worst part: you'll have to share your scene with other students, even if they haven't submitted anything, and Render Camp can use it in commercial products without your consent.
The company's interests take precedence over the students' needs. I would not recommend this course to anyone who values transparency and ethics in education.
