Faith linen sheets are NOT 100% linen as their website states. They also state 100% satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked. False!!!! I received my order, opened it and instantly noticed the deception. Reached out to their customer service that very day and was offered 50% of my money back to keep the sheets. I declined stating I would never ever use them, please send a full refund and I will return the sheets. Now they are saying since the product wasn’t damaged NO REFUND. Scam scam scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. Quite simply, I never received my products. They won't respond to emails. They never mentioned the products ship from China. I would never have purchased it if I had known that. Im so sick of scammers.

Misleading product to say the least. While it took some time to get my order that’s not the big issue. I reached out to Faith Linen to check on the status of the order and also asked if the product was made in China as I’ve seen a few reviews on this app claim. They replied “our products are made in Europe from high-quality European flax” and only use China as a fulfillment center to ship globally. The sheets just arrived today but the brand on the package was not Faith Linen, but instead Simple Love. I checked the label and what do I find… made in the P.R.C.
Very disappointing, if I wanted commie sheets I would have saved the money and went to a Walmart or similar bulk crap store.

Zero stars. The only reason I ordered these was that they were supposed to be European made. They came from China, which was immediately obvious. Wasted money. No customer service. Total scam.

Ordered sever months ago, I have never received that order, they do not respond to me and have not refunded my money like I requested. Apparently this come from china. Pure scam

Took a month to arrive and didn't have Oeko-Tex certification. Definitely isn't real linen!

Nov 27th. Jan 3rd delivery. "100% European flax linen" are not genuine linen but likely a different, cheaper material. Made P.r.c (china). Frustrating.

I wish you could give zero stars. This is a fraudulent company. I have never received the product. The shipping number they gave keeps saying it’s on its way to the next shipping place wherever that is. Never says. I am really annoyed with myself for not checking trust pilot before I purchased. No way to get money back it seems. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a set of Queen linens from FaithLinen November 24, 2025. After several weeks and no package, I emailed them asking for a refund. They sent me a tracking link, which was unhelpful and actually weird. So I began contacting my credit card company. To my shock and surprise, the package finally arrived today, January 5, 2026, after 43 days! No tags as to material content, no certification tags. Probably some poly junk. From other reviews, it's doubtful I'll get my money back. Scam. Facebook needs to listen to ppl who have been scammed and delete this stuff.

LIARS. This is at best polyester - horrible color and tacky. How do I get my money back? You don't do this to ppl and expect good things back.

We did a burn test of the “linen sheets” from FaithLinen. The material is synthetic. The Faithlinen site is EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE. It claims Oeko-Tex rated, but the sheets we received do not have an OekoTex label, so we have reported this website to the Oeko-Tex board. The Faithlinen site states there are no returns “due to Covid.” It claims the site is owned by “invalid.jp”. It’s invalid for sure LOL.
The emails immediately claim that the shipping will be delayed (notice that theme across other reviews) because they are getting a fresh supply of premium linen fabric. Meanwhile, they are boxing up synthetic fabric sheets, shipping it from China which takes weeks. They don’t bother adding a fake Oeko-Tex label on the textile itself. Run away from FaithLinen!! Do not purchase!!

Do not order! Did not send linen sheets sent some type of polyester blend. Would give zero starts if I could.

Why didn’t I do more research!?? I’m so mad at myself! Do NOT buy from this company. I realized right away when I reached out to the customer service as to where my order was. They said there was a delay in production and it shipped the following week, but it took three weeks to get here because it came from China!!!!!!! I’m furious at them and of course me! There’s a special place h*ll for people who advertise fraudulent products and use then name “Faith”

I received the 2 sheets sets I ordered 7 weeks after I ordered with a nice explanation from the company but The sheets do not feel like the true linen…. They are nice but not worth what you paid for true linen! I’m reaching out to the company…..I had faith in the advertising and sure feel like a misrepresentation…..Tina

They claim their linen sheets come from Italy when they are coming from China. They are not legitimate and they are guilty of false advertising. Do they really think no one will notice shipping from China?

Took about three months to get here, and boy am I disappointed. These ARE NOT REAL linen sheets. Some sort of polyester crap. Feel like plastic. Donating them tomorrow to rescue mission. Paid 115$ for full size junk. Do not buy these phony sheets. 😝

The sheets were shipped directly from China, that took forever for to get them. There's NO refund policy due to Covid 19, really? I don't believe these sheets are legitimate. Wouldn't purchase again!

Ordered sheets over a month ago. Still haven't received my order. They do not provide a phone #. All contact is via email which they do not respond to.
I believe this company is a scam.

THESE ARE NOT LINEN. THE TAG EVEN SAYS PRODUCT OF PRC which is China. Again ANOTHER PILE OF JUNK THAT I fell for on FB. THIS will be the LAST, absolute LAST thing I order online. I’ve been cheated or I’ve fallen for junk advertisement online for the final time.
