Lost Package and No Refund
I ordered an outfit back about four months ago, expecting it to be delivered about two months ago. However, the shipment was lost during delivery, and Faiza Saqlain has still not provided a refund, despite me providing evidence that the package was lost (provided screenshots of emails and texts from DHL where they acknowledged that the package was lost, and showed them that the proof of delivery had no signature or no address). They are slow to respond to their customer support line on Whatsapp, and I often go ignored or they don't directly answer my inquiries. Avoid at all costs, if you don't want to be out $250 like me.

Do not buy from this company/do not place an order on their website. Placed an order online on 7th March which totalled £900 for 2 dresses including shipping. Delivery stated was between 8-12 weeks. We needed our dresses in 11 weeks so we were cutting it fine, but decided to take the risk. By the end of April the dresses had still not arrived which was fine as this was still within the estimated delivery window. However I contacted Faiza Saqlain on their WhatsApp to see if they could give me an estimated delivery week, and was met with such RUDENESS and poor customer service. We asked (as we had family visiting Pakistan for a few weeks) if we could collect from their shop, and not for ask for refund for the shipping we had already paid. They answered very rudely. Anyway the dresses didn’t arrive in time for our function in May (we understood this was a risk) but neither did they arrive within their 12 week delivery time. I therefore chased them about this for months and by JULY our outfits had still not arrived. I already had asked for refund as this was unacceptable but they refused this (their website does state no refunds but if their clothes had not arrived and we had no communication from them as to why, I still asked for a refund). I asked them again in July and they finally agreed to a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. We placed an order worth nearly 400,000 rupees, but when we encountered issues and reached out for assistance, they showed zero willingness to help. Instead of addressing our concerns, they simply repeated their policies over and over again without offering any solutions. They refused to listen, didn’t consider canceling the order, and made it clear they weren’t interested in customer satisfaction. For a company handling high-value orders, I expected much better service and a more flexible approach to resolving issues.

Horrible sizing, I’m a large but these clothes are just so inaccurate. I got Delisha and Ghania in large. Ghania is just horrible, so so fitted and so is Delisha.

International buyers be aware. They are dishonest with timelines and the customer service is the worst service i have ever experienced in any country of any company.
All you will ever get back is “we aren’t available” or a condescending comment if they do finally reply.

Faiza Saqlain is a scam! DO NOT waste your time and money
I had the worst experience with FS. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional. The brand is a scam. I ordered a nikkah outfit and first of all, I had to contact their customer representative several times and they have attitude and their egos are through the roof. After finally getting through to them, I kept getting short answers that my order will be delivered on time. Mind you, I live in Canada, so delaying this order by even a few days would have major repercussions.
After finally receiving the outfit, days before my event, I tried it on and two buttons immediately fell off. When I check the rest, they were already loose. The quality of the kameez is absolutely atrocious. I would find better quality at a flea market or a street vendor selling clothes on a vendor cart than with this so "well-reknown" designer. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of care and professionalism. FS should be boycotted for the condescending and egotistical behaviour towards people who are not celebrities. If you're not someone important, she does not care. You're equivalent to a tin can on a street.

If I could give a 0 star review it would still be too much. Every bride has their ideal look and I just wanted a simple nikkah with a simple, elegant outfit. I found it with Faiza Saqlain EXCEPT….
I ordered the outfit which said 8 weeks for delivery to the UK. I chased for an update via WhatsApp WEEKLY and continuously received a standard ‘you’ll receive your outfit mid Sept’ (note my Nikkah is set for the 22nd September 24). I was told my item will be dispatched soon, specifically the Monday before my Nikkah and today (Monday) I was told it will be dispatched on Wednesday. When I said i’ll get someone to collect from Lahore and post to me they said the outfit isn’t ready yet.
I called up the contact number and was told don’t worry it’ll be with you and then advised that I can request a refund 5 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. No one should have to deal with this let alone a bride.
I now, with little hope, await Wednesday to see if it is actually dispatched, and prepared to drive to the airport to receive it quicker!
I had arranged my wedding date according to the timeline given on the website and was truthful about my date. I guess honesty means nothing to them.
I’ll update this post on Wednesday. Here’s to trips out of town over the next few days to buy my Nikkah outfit.

Update: Wednesday arrived and I called up at 8am to be told my outfit would be dispatched and not to worry. It was dispatched after the cut off, which means it’s still hanging about in Pakistan and the expected delivery is Monday the 23rd. Hats off Faiza Saqlain, for getting my outfit to me the day after my wedding.
Bad CS for mediocre quality at a high price
Didnt get what o ordered, they wanted me to send it back and pay for the shippIng my self. So they would make me pay return shipping and then probably shipping for the correct item. For a mistake they made. Be direct with them. If they dont provide a paid return label talk to your credit card company for not receiving what you ordered.the card company will investigate and try to resolve the issue or issue a charge back. You wont have to talk to these people
Beware of Faiza Saqlain: Poor Service and Potential Scam
I ordered a dress from the ready-to-ship section of Faiza Saqlain. The dress I received was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a silk lilac dress, but they sent me an old, used, ugly black dress cheap material . When I contacted them, they said this happens very often and that sending the wrong dress is no big deal (wow). They then asked me to ship it back but did not provide a return label. They instructed me to pay for shipping, post it to them, and then send them my bank details, claiming they would send the dress I originally ordered. They also asked me to mark the package as a "used item." This sounded like a scam. Why would a customer share their bank details with someone in Pakistan, and why would I mark the package as used when I never used it?
They kept misbehaving and were extremely rude to me. I don't believe they will even send the dress I ordered.
They are scamming people, and their customer service is pathetic. Faiza herself has allowed her staff to treat customers poorly and is not willing to communicate.
After my experience, I did some research and found many reviews where people reported similar scams by Faiza Saqlain. Brides, with the wedding season approaching, please be aware and do not trust them. There are many threads out there with similar stories. I wish I had researched them beforehand

Absolutely shocking despicable customer service! I purchased a £600 suit that arrived with a broken zip and they refused to offer even a paltry £50 refund to the original payment method.
I had to get this inconveniently stitched last minute for a wedding and fixed at my own expense.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a dreadful experience with Faiza Saqlain, I purchased a dress worth 150K, and bought many other dresses worth more than 700K but the real shock came when I took it to their store for alterations. They had the audacity to ask for extra charges! I've never encountered a brand that charges extra for alterations - it's absurd!
But that wasn't the only issue. When I didn't have my receipt handy, they treated me like a potential thief, refusing to even entertain me. It seems they don't trust their own customers or stand behind their products. Keep your receipt safe at all times, folks!
To top it off, they carelessly tossed the dress into a bag without folding it properly, letting it touch the floor and getting it dirty. The lack of respect for their own product and customer's property is staggering.
Avoid this brand at all costs! Their customer service is non-existent. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I have never experienced worse customer service than with this unethical company. I ordered two dresses, provided my exact size after a lot of Whatsapp back and forth, and received one dress that was too small and another that was too big. When I complained, they admitted their mistake but are now asking me to pay for the return shipping. They act like they're doing me a favor by letting me return their wrong-sized clothes. What a complete waste of time, energy, and money. Save yourself the trouble. I will never do business with a company that has zero respect for its customers! No wonder they have such horrible reviews on tiktok too.
P.S. I live in the U.S. and paid for the exuberant shipping cost of two heavy dresses and now they want me to pay for sending them back after receiving wrong sized! Wts?! A company like this here can be sued but oh well, no rule of law in dear homeland of course.
