Fraud alert-Worst customer service
Worst customer service, don’t get fooled. I ordered in May they are telling me they don’t have product before August. I paid Rs.102,000.00 PKR in return you get attitude from their customer service team. They refuse to refund just wait for an outfit for 4 months, that too will be delivered or not.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. False advertising on their website about shipping and delivery timelines. No one helps on their WhatsApp number. I’ve ordered from so many different designers and I’ve never experienced the kind of lazy customer service and shipping as I did from Faiza Saqlain. I ordered an outfit for a family wedding and it will not be delivered on time thanks to their falsely advertised processing timeframes on their website.
Pathetic experience. I hope I can get a full refund. I’d rather not do business with them again.

SCAM ARTISTS. Their online and in person experience is equally horrendous. My experience as an abroad customer online was so bad. They leave you on read too so please save the headache and don’t order from them if you want to get your outfit many weeks later when your event has passed.
Also, my friend living in Lahore visited them to inquire about a bridal dress and she had an appointment and they made her wait 2 hours while they kept saying “There is someone we are helping in the back” but she didn’t see anyone. Then they made her leave as the store was closing. Disgusting behavior. They definitely are just made for celebrities and influencers while STEALING money from the common folk. Faiza Saqlain is an overrated brand with poor quality and has rude and incompetent customer service both abroad and in person.

Their suits seem lovely and they come with a big price, which I didn’t mind. BUT it all stops there. I’ve notice when you order from the UK they just take the absolute mick and they’re customer service is a joke. I ordered an Eid outfit 10 weeks in advance, I’m newly married and it’s my first eid with my in laws and I have NO Eid suit!! During the 10 weeks I have had to keep messaging multiple times on WhatsApp to get updates on what was happening as everything felt so delayed. Finally when they were ready in their own time they said they would ship on the 1st April. Not to my surprise they shipped the suit 6 days after the date THEY agreed on! The estimated delivery time for my suite is 10th April??? What am I meant to sit at home all day waiting for this suite on Eid day? This company has taken the excitement out from getting a new suit and for these reasons I will NEVER be ordering again from them! Their communication is appalling and I made the mistake not to check the reviews before buying!! STAY AWAY if you are ordering overseas not worth the hassle dealing with such appalling service.

I ordered my mendhi outfit called najmeh from the readymade collection. Size medium I ordered to the uk and when i received it, the blouse was a small, with a M label on it! Chest size 17cm? How is a medium 17? When on the size guide a medium is a 20! Not to mention the length on the website the blouse length says 16cm and it turned out to be 14cm a short blouse. This should be clearly stated, and it’s disappointing being a Pakistani designer making short blouses. In the picture the blouse looks long when received it comes above my stomach with half my belly showing 😩😩
Anyway I contacted them and they insisted i send my blouse and they will send a medium out but i have to pay the postage fees which is over £100. My wedding is in a few weeks how do u expect me to trust you and send it in order to receive another. When the mistake was from their side not mine! I even offered to pay for a new blouse just because i did not want to be without anything they insisted i have to send my old blouse in order to get a new one. Don’t get me started about the rubbish cheap material they used the blouse fabric is so cheap threads are coming out of it. How is faiza saqlain a big renowned brand when there customer service is absolutely appalling and the prices are sky high but the service and quality u get is 0. Was my first time ordering from this designer and definitely will be the last.

I wish i could give a review of minus 30 !!!! Faiza Saqlains customer service has to be THE WORST i have ever come accross! I ordered the “Risma” dress in Medium to my Pakistan address around December 2023 to wear it for a wedding in Feb 2024. I live in the UK. It was my first time ordering. I spent a lot so i needed to know everything about the dress! I got in touch with customer service around November 1st and took me A WHOLE MONTH!!!! to finally order it as they gave me almost little to no response !!! I wasnt sure of what size to buy as im not there! (Cant believe they dont bloody customise for their price) They said get whatever you usually wear! According to their crappy size guide i could be Large or Medium. I trusted my gut and ordered Medium. I got to Pakistan 2 months later, tried it on AND O M G !!! IT WAS AS IF I WAA WEARING XXXXL !!!! IT WAS SO BAD SO UGLY I WANTED TO CRYYYY MY EYES OUT !!!! I messaged them and they didnt reply for 3 days!!! I messaged the situation and they said “sorry we do not have an exchange and return policy” omggg i was fuming!!!! How the hell can such a big designer have such a RUBBISH customer service and policy!!! Anyway I stomped into their main brance Lahore and went crazy!!!! They said we cant do anything i was like are you out of your mind !!! I spent so much !!! I asked your team a million times i got no response!! The lady said our sizes are usually bigger… I WAS LIKE WHAT ON EARTH WHO WAS GOING TO TELL ME ??? BUT THATS NOT IT, IT WAS 6 INCHES LOOSE !!!!! I CANT BELIEVE THAT WAS MEDIUM!!! I was about to buy Large omg! She said things like i know our customer service is rubbish. We don’t have any other size in stock (that was a lie i saw online lol). She said you can fit in XS i was like ****… ive never worn XS in my life! Your size guide is absolute crap! Anyway the manager i think her name was Sarah!? Im not going to lie she was helpful! She listened to me, i didnt agree with some of the stuff she said, she was doing her job, not her fault BUT ABSOLUTELY APPALED! Never buying again. Conclusion after 40 minutes of ranting to the manager, she fixed my dress accordingly to my actual measurements apparently for 10k rupees within 5 hours. Not sure if they actually did it or got another dess and did something with that but yeah NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very bad service, I’ve waited so long to receive my order and when it did turn up it was wrong colour to what I ordered. I emailed but had no response. I then messaged sales manager Ali Zia informing I received the wrong colour for them to arrange collection and send the correct order but he’s response was ‘it’s original colour’ and he ignored my query. Very very bad service! I wasted my money.

Had ordered my wedding clothes several months ahead of time. Was told there will be a delay. Contacted again for an updated. They stopped responding after a few weeks and blocked my number. Been trying to get my refund since last year and nothing. Stay away from these scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 4 suits for my sisters wedding, only 3 arrived. Upon contacting Faiza Saqlain I was met with the worst customer service who enjoy pointing blames at the customer. They stated they sent 4 suits, I sent a video with the suits in the box the weight of the box the weight of the suits which all equal to 4.16kg (this weight was on the box from an outside party), however they think theyve sent proof the box weighed 8kg when they sent it from there. Now I dont know what or whom theyre hiring in Faiza Saqlain because clearly they lack the ability to do basic maths, but how can 1 missing suit WEIGH 3.84KG when the BOX WEIGHS 4.16KG WITH 3 SUITS!! Upon explaining this multiple times they were still incredibly unhelpful. Bare in mind these suits cost £155 each. Who is going to pay this outstanding £155 to my family member for their missing suit, definatly not me I'm sat at home with a newborn no longer working. This company is beyond vile and despicable ripping of people from abroad and try to make you look and feel downright stupid and have the inabilty to use basic logic! They must really think money grows on trees. They dont even deserve the one star!!!

Ordered from men’s wear category and was so disappointed from the quality and design of the outfit. It took them 2 months to made and to deliver a simple outfit. The shalwar kameez material was see through and collar’s material and stitch or thread type was so hard that it caused rashes on the skin. The waist coat fitting was off. It does look good on website picture but product quality was bad, not worth spending $200 on such a bad quality & uncomfortable outfit.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Faiza Saqlain and I must say, it was an utterly dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the quality of their clothes horrible, but their customer service was nothing short of unprofessional and harassing. Let me share my nightmarish encounter with this so-called "leading" clothing brand.
First and foremost, the clothes I received were an absolute disgrace. I ordered several items, and they all seemed like they were hastily put together by someone with no regard for quality. The fabrics were flimsy, and the stitching was subpar at best. It's confusing that a company of this stature could produce such poor-quality clothes. The clothes looked nothing like the images on their website - it was as if they had been photoshopped to perfection. The reality was a far cry from what was advertised.
Now, let's talk about their customer service, which was equally horrendous. When I contacted their customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I expected a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with condescending and dismissive responses. They accused me of being overly critical and claimed that I was lying. I couldn't believe the audacity of their representatives.
What's worse is their repeated messages that felt borderline harassing. It's as if they were trying to wear me down and make me give up on seeking a refund or an exchange. The tone of their messages was patronizing, and I felt like they were attempting to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong.
I tried to reason with them, but it was like talking to a brick wall. The unprofessionalism and lack of empathy displayed by their customer service team were astounding. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded as a paying customer.
In conclusion, my experience with @FaizaSaqlain was an absolute nightmare. The clothes were of the worst quality I've ever encountered from a supposedly reputable brand, and the customer service was beyond appalling. I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this brand if you value your time, money, and sanity. There are plenty of other clothing companies out there that not only provide high-quality products but also treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

One star is too much, I purchased an outfit and changed my mind within a few hours. I tried to cancel the transaction but was told this was not possible and was given store credit a week later. I explained how this was a bit unreasonable since I was canceling the same day, also the WhatsApp customer service process is incredibly tedious.
