Amazing customer service

I recently ordered an outfit to wear at my sister’s wedding and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service that Sumbal provided me throughout the process of ordering my outfit, from showing me the dress over video calls, assisting me with taking measurements for my outfit and making sure the dress got delivered as per the delivery date requested with accurate measurements. Sumbal was always available for answering any questions questions or worries I had regarding my dress and she prioritised my satisfaction by sharing pictures and videos of my outfit from every angle possible to ensure I was happy with the outfit they made especially since it was coming all the way from Pakistan to Australia. Additionally, the quality of the dress is amazing and the work on the dress is simply stunning 🙂

If i would rate them 0 star i will. I had a very bad experience with them. First of all the dress in the picture was not the same fabric. I wore the dress once and the fabric was so so bad. Then i wrote a review on there instagram feed and they remove it. Be aware before you buy.

I had good and bad service from them

I had good and bad service from them. The clothes arrived very quickly within 3 days, but when the clothes arrived the seam on the trousers had opened. Then I sent them a message and told them about this, all they said to me was "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Ma`am, you can fix it from there." This is so silly, you expect the clothes to be good when you pay so much money for them. I will never order from them again.

It’s really pathetic experience I had…

It’s really pathetic experience I had with Fauzan Saqlain. I have ordered 3 dresses around 5 months ago and 2 of them arrived before July and appears good. The 3rd order was delivered around 3rd week of July. I did not open the box as was confident about the company that everything would be good as holding a good name and repute in the market and left for holidays. On my return I open the box and found a shirt was fully creased and with a big cut on the front. When I made complaint to the company. They said 15 days over since the delivery so they can’t do anything. This is so poor ethical behaviour of a big renowned company and not expected at all.
The customer services is so pathetic.
Their quality checks are so poor and low standards especially for overseas orders as I experienced in person.
The company is not taking any responsibility for the short comes of their own quality checks. disappointed!!!

Your sales person Sumbul is a real great help for me since last few months we have ordered men’s and ladies both outfits and she is very prompt in replying very happy with her customer service and will continue in future to 😍
I had order too many suits so can’t write the order number and the dates

My experience resonated with other bad experiences

I am reading some of the reviews. And absolutely spot on about the service from the store. Rude. Beware. Only order the ready to deliver otherwise you are screwed. I highly recommend kamal Malik brand. The customer service is exceptional and peace of mind for overseas customers. Thankfully I ordered a backup suit for my sons Ameen. The suit I ordered in April from Faiza S, did not make it, zero communication even repeatedly asking for service, expediting, explaining my situation. They even told me it was going to be shipped (week before Eid I was told)and a few days later I asked for tracking and was told they don’t work on weekends. Then they are gone for Eid, yet they post all pple “spotted” wearing FS for Eid.Nope. Not acceptable. I even reached out to the designer. Clearly she doesn’t have time to respond. Overseas buyers beware. Don’t give your hard earned money to a brand that does not appreciate you.

AoA ...I ordered 6 outfits for my sister's Nikah and they are absolutely beautiful!
What a great experience! Thanks to Ahmed who was my sales rep. He was professional honest, and gave excellent customer service and was the most helpful out of all of the brands and rep I've been in contact with so far. He made my online shopping experience very easy by being available and responding to all the questions and returning phone calls etc.
He also arranged the deliveries on time, on more than one occasion in a very courteous, patient and professional manner.
Thank you very much!

Excellent customer service experience!
I ordered 8 outfits and Sumbal Yunus was my sales rep, received excellent customer service e.g., retuning phone calls, placing orders, shipping on time etc
Bought 3-4 ready to wear and Ahmed was my sales rep, received excellent customer service as well, arranging articles, returning phone calls, messages, responding to all questions & arranging deliveries on time.
Great experience and happy with all the outfits I received.
Bought 6-7 outfits last year, very happy with the outfits but this year received excellent customer service.
Great team FS 🎉
I am in Canada and all family and friends are relying on me to place their Faiza Sqlain orders 😊
Looking forward to see next Eid collection, hopefully there will be one! Have to get an outfit for my daughter!

This is straight up absurd!!

This is straight up absurd!!! I ordered my Eid dress from Faiza Saqlain like ages ago, like 8 weeks ago, and they were like, 'Yeah, sure, it's gonna take 6 to 8 weeks for shipping! I mean I get it, it takes time to do the whole shipping thing but seriously, it's like they're shipping it via snails or something!! And they’re customer service like they seriously need to work on it!! I've tried sent them emails, messages, smoke signals and carrier pigeon like, 4 times already for an update, but nada!!! It’s like talking to a brick wall! They're allergic to customer service! And Eid is just around the corner! It's like waiting for a unicorn to deliver my package! This brand is on my “never again” list!

greatful to Sumbal younas…

I am really greatful to Sumbal younas who has provided excellent service to me. She was prompt in responding to my queries and delivered all clothes well in advance of my actual delivery date. This helped me in sending products abroad thru someone who was travelling earlier than delivery date.
Thanks a lot to Sumbal for providing excellent customer service and exceed all expectations.
Wish and pray her all the best that she grows her business exponentially.

These people are frauds

These people are frauds. They are stealing money from clients overseas. Please don’t buy from them. I paid around 675$ for 2 outfits. They played me dumb. And not even responding to my messages. I have the proof from my bank as well. When I went into my bank, they told me most wire frauds happen through Pakistan and Afghanistan. Not worth the stress!

Worst customer experience with @faizasaqlain

I live in Canada & we chose n ordered FS’s Anamta online for my only daughter’s wedding. The dress was delivered on time and no doubt it was a stunning dress to look at but the nightmare started few days before the wedding when my daughter tried her dress and there were more then one defect in the dress.
The length was short, it reached to my daughter’s ankles instead of being a floor length. The sales girl was not trained/skilled enough to assist the customer professionally.
Anamta, is a ver heavy dress, with lots of flare. I requested them to have the zipper at the back, which is a sensible place to have a zipper for the ease of getting in n out of the dress but they refuse to do it n the dress came with a side zip n it was so tightly sewed in that it was hard to maneuver the zipper, it was stuck where bodice and the skirt meets, anyhow, the zipper broke before her wedding day. Five days before 🥵🥵🥵
The tulle was of really bad quality n was ruined from many places after one try.
The length of the dress was uneven.
The front opening was not in the middle, it was off balance.

There was no way or option to have the defects fixed here in Canada. Therefore my poor daughter wore the same dress with a very heavy heart.
The days leading up to the wedding were extremely stressful, frustrating and pain full, after the wedding I contacted the sales person n asked her about their customer service they don’t have anything called customer service and after chatting with 3 other people I got the contact number of their manager, Usman and upon explaining him about all the defects and sending him the pictures he told me that they will fix the dress if I bring it to the showroom in Pakistan, otherwise they are sorry and they can’t do anything.
I spend over 4 thousand dollars for this dress and it is a defective merchandise and they are telling me that they are sorry…this is pathetic they don’t have any business ethics or honesty whatsoever, they are not reliable or trustworthy at all. If they can’t own their mistakes then they should not do business here in the western countries because we are not used to this kind of behaviour and customer service, #faizasaqlain should be ashamed of her design house’s customer service. I would not recommend @faizasaqlain to anyone at all and I will continue to raise awareness about #faizasaqlain s sub standard merchandise n services.
I have pictures and conversations to proof if anyone have doubt that I am not being honest about my claims and I will continue to write on social media until I’m adequately compensated.

I was very fortunate to collaborate with Sumbal Yunas who was amazing from the word GO! Everything from placing an order to receiving delivery was through professional and sheer pleasure. Would definitely highly recommend them and buy from them rest of my life. I bought a bridal dress for my daughter Sharmyn.

Excellence in service & designs

Excellence in service & designs. First time visited the Store in Lahore, Pakistan. Odered some very nice Men Outfits and a Lehenga Choli Outfit for family in Germany. Service from Mr Qasim Rana highly recommended. Delivery on time and perfect consulting and we still keep in contact with Mr. Rana (always very responsive). Thanks to the whole team of faizasaqlain!
