Extremely satisfied with product and FS customer service

Bought a dress for Faisal Saqlain in October and needed it for an event in December, then I realised that for international order they need 10 to 12 weeks. I panicked and started messaging the team on WhatsApp. Saania was so supportive, not only did she calm my nerves she made sure my order was expedited and i already got my dress well before my event date. I was provided an extremely professional service. Very thankful to Saania and the brand. Definitely recommend buying from FS for any event 😍.

Gorgeous Sharwani

We had a great experience with FS. Initially we started our correspondence with Sarah and ordered Sharwani + shoes. Everything was ready on time except shoes. Luckily associate OMAR, took over the situation and went above and beyond to help me out in shipping the Parcel on time. He is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way for his customers. For overseas people reliable customer service is the main thing and I have noticed that in OMAR. Because of his great service I’ll be ordering more and more outfits through him.
Thank you Omar for always updating me about new collection, and for providing exceptional service. Inshallah I’ll be in touch and will continue to order outfits for my whole family. 🙏👏👍 All the employees should learn from him….

Third time not a charm

I have ordered from them twice already, with no issues. I just ordered another outfit and asked if it could be delivered by November end. The rude ass person responds back “ma’am your order will be delivered in the timeframe I said”. I’ve had heard certain Pakistani brands have rude AF service but until now no one at FS behaved so snippy.

TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER, especially if they’re dealing with people overseas who are very used to polite service.

Got my Wedding & Mehndi outfit from Faiza Saqlain! Enjoyed every bit of it. Qasim was indeed very helpful and ease for me to decide outfits and their perfect fittings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful dresses and best customer service

Thank you for the beautiful dress What a great experience! Thank you Komal for providing best customer service. Komal was so helpful, professional and patient. I needed to change the shipping address and she made sure it was done. She replied promptly to every message and helped me accordingly. Really loved it. The product came before the date given and it is beautiful.

Good

Overall, my experience with Faiza Saqlain was good. Initially when I reached out with an inquiry about my bridal dress they responded quickly and I was in touch with Sarah, bridal consultant throughout and she was good at explaining everything and the process overall was smooth. However, sometimes I wouldn’t get a response right away and would have to wait 2-3 days. I got my bridal dress in the allotted time that I was told. I’ll most likely work with Faiza Saqlain again because the product and quality of the dress was great and I loved my bridal dress. Thank You!

Good dresses but customer service can be improved

I ordered 4 outfits in the past 6 months from FS. They were ordered separately though and it sure takes a long time for order to be completed. But they were delivered in the time as promised. I think their team has room to improve. Especially with regards to inquiries. For some orders I had to inquire multiple time and would receive reply very late. I have been dealing with many designers and good customer service makes a huge difference. FS dresses are very pretty… no doubt about it!

Order never showed and ruined my nikkah …

Ordered clothes 6 months ahead of time including an outfit for my nikkah and it never showed and they never took the time to respond to me to tell me my outfit would not be here by the event date. I was out over 2000 dollars and left scrambling to find something else for my big day. It took months to try to get my money back. I will never shop here. Non responsive and lies all around.

Amazing dress

My experience with Faiza Saqlain overseas staff was amazing! I first reached out on Instagram DM and I was told that the dress is ready to ship so I immediately placed my order later to find out that all the overseas orders are made after the order is placed and it wasn’t ready to be shipped and will probably be delivered to me in Chicago by mid November. I wrote few emails and sent couple of messages on WhatsApp overseas group I mainly dealt with Komal, she was so responsive, polite and kept me updated during the whole process. She ensured me that the dress would be delivered mid October only to my surprise it was delivered within 3 weeks of placing my order Alhumdulillah. Would defs recommend this place to my friends and family! I live in Chicago and this is one of my favourite Pakistani brands. Thank you so much Komal for sending my dress on time.

Never again!

What can I say except, poor customer service. Rude staff. False timescales. A complete shambles. Never going to order from them again. I was promised to receive my item in mid August, then by the end of August. We are now in September and I am yet to receive my item. I will not be shopping with FS again!
