The company organised a really superb tour of Sri Lanca for members of London Southside Chamber of Commerce. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit and it was well above expectations. Hotels, meals, guide and transport were excellent. Based on this visit and on the previous ones Zubin has arranged for us to very many overseas countries, I can recommend Falcon & Sachz thoroughly for all your travel plans

We were delighted, today, to receive the full refund amount of £5,050, in respect of our cancelled India holiday, which should have departed on 03.04.20. It was credited to our bank account this morning.
It cannot be stressed enough how incredibly grateful we are, both to Zubin S. personally, and the company, Falcon & Sachz. This gratitude has been brought into stark focus by the complete lack of empathy and responsibility demonstrated by our travel insurance company, which just seemed keen to try and pass the buck at every turn. Often, they just ignored our emails to them.
F & S have been amazingly calm, professional and considerate in all their contacts and dealings with us, exploring different travel options and keeping us fully informed at every stage, which we have greatly appreciated.
We think that we can confidently say that, whilst this year’s holiday opportunity has seemingly now passed, we will definitely be looking to book next year’s holiday break, hopefully to India, once more with Falcon & Sachz – we would recommend them unreservedly.
We sincerely hope that the company can successfully withstand the pressures and financial difficulties that this unprecedented situation has wrought – they deserve to.

What an experienced our trip to India was , very well organised and both my husband and myself enjoyed every single minute. Zubin had included every aspect of Indian life for us to try , from riding a tuk-tuk to the Taj Mahal! The food was delicious and the safari and wildlife something to behold. We will reminisce about this holiday for years.

The only company to travel with.

We have just returned from a Pan India holiday for a group of 12 friends.
The first piece of advice that I would give to anyone considering a holiday to India is that you must go!
The second is that you must only have your trip organised by Zubin and his Team at Falcon and Sachz Ltd.They really are the experts.

Out of 12 travellers only 2 of us had visited India before so it was vitally important to have someone with not only the expertise but the understanding of how important the little details were to organise our trip. We certainly found this in Zubin who went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was a complete success and would be in our memories forever. And all within a very reasonable cost.

He was very flexible and accommodated all of my personal requests to include in the itinerary and was on hand throughout our trip - regularly communicating with his colleagues in India to ensure that our trip was going well.

My wife and I have visited India on a number of occasions and wanted to introduce our friends to this wonderful country. We were not disappointed and this was the best organised and most friendly service that we have ever received. This included a wonderful celebration dinner at one of the hotels which was a complete surprise for my wife and friends.

We will certainly only travel with Zubin and his Team in future and are already looking forward to planning our next trip. Thank you to Zubin and all at Team Falcon and Sachz Ltd.

First time in India - We have just returned from a brilliant 21 day bespoke Holiday of a Lifetime in India - November 2019
We wanted to see North and South India with particular emphasis on Culture, Monuments, History, Rural, Tribal and everyday life. Falcon and Sachz listened to us, advised us and organised everything that was needed to make this holiday special. The Itinerary, the Hotels, the Falcon and Sachz Teams in the North and South of India, the Guides, the two Drivers for each area, the upgrades we took on advice, and the complimentary upgrades provided, all contributed to an unbelievable stress free experience of a lifetime. From the initial enquiry to the bookings and the holiday itself Falcon and Sachz truly showed that they do indeed put their customers first. Zubin gave us his mobile number for direct communication at any time for any reason. We were contacted by email whilst in India to ensure that the holiday was going as well as we wanted it to. Via our driver we received telephone calls to make sure we were happy with the hotels, the program, the guides and the driver. All of the staff we engaged with were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our holiday was an unbelievable kaleidoscope of sounds, colours and rich experiences each and every day!

We have just returned from a fantastic adventure in North & South India organised by this company.
We were looked after every step of the way , nothing was too much trouble & any query was dealt with quickly & efficiently by Zubin whatever time of day.
We were lucky enough to spend Diwalhi in Jaipur one of many of the experiences we will never forget.
We also went on safari in Ranthambore - no tigers unfortunately but the driver gave us a hair raising at times heart stopping off road jeep experience whilst searching which is certainly unforgettable!

We saw so much , did so much & then finished it off with a relaxing couple of days at the beach in Kerala which was much needed.
We will never forget this holiday & cannot thank this company enough for making our trip run so smoothly & give us everything we wanted.

What a wonderful experience we have just had for two special birthdays celebrated in India. We had so much help and guidance from Zubin nothing was too much trouble and believe me we must have been a challenge. So many extras which added to our experience and made the whole trip special. Must also recommend the private driver option and our driver in particular Sardar who was so attentive and caring. The best trip of my life. My partner and I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and Falcon and Sachz made sure the holiday was bespoke and unique, meeting our every need. The itinerary was created based on our holiday requirements and we were given excellent advice and lots of options to ensure all of our needs were met. We were also given flight and upgrade options and fantastic advice and support on where to go in India and places to potentially avoid. Upon arrival we were welcomed by our private driver and tour guide with a beautiful garland of flowers. All staff spoke good English and after a long haul flight, it was bliss to have 0 stress and a relaxing trip to our first hotel. The itinerary was flexible and enabled us to make changes to suit our needs, fulfilling all of our expectations and more. We received 5* treatment throughout the 17 day trip and were welcomed at every hotel by a member of the team, who was on hand to ensure we were ok and everything was to our satisfaction. The hotels were beautiful, the daily itinerary was spot on (giving us the time to sightsee with a very knowledgeable tour guide & also plenty of time to relax). A member of Falcon & Sachz was always at the end of an email or phone call and the drivers and tour guides were excellent at communicating with us. This was the trip of a lifetime and the company helped to make this a stress free and luxury holiday. I highly recommend and will certainly be telling my friends and family to book their trip with Falcon and Sachz. I can’t wait for my return trip to India...whenever that may be!

Very well organised tour. No problems whatsoever. Driver was always prompt and drove safely and hotels were of a good standard and in very nice location.

Highlight was the overnight houseboat which was fantasic.

We booked our honeymoon with Zubin and the team and can I just say how wonderful it was. He tailored our trip to India to suit us, what we wanted to do and see. We booked a 17 night trip - starting in Delhi, Varanassi, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Agra and then flew south to Cochin, Munna, Thekkaddy, Alleppy and finally Marari beach in Kerela. We really did see the North and South of India at its best. Our guides and drivers were fantastic, although sometimes language was a little bit of a barrier with the driver but when the guides were with you that did not matter.

All the hotels we stayed in were lovely, top tip - stay in smaller boutique hotels - we mostly did but when we were in the bigger hotels we found them very noisy as they are used for weddings - so definitely stick to smaller hotels with fewer rooms. Our favourite hotels were - Trident in Jaipur - Blanket resort in Munnar - Xandari house boat in Alleppy - Cardamon County in Thekkaddy and the best by far was Xandari resort in Marari beach.

Zubin was a constant support and all the guides, drivers and contacts we met were lovely.

With the problems with Pakistan and planes not being able to fly over our return flight was cancelled - Zubin was straight on it and organised everything for us so easily and then asked the hotel to print out our new tickets. We felt like royalty and will never forget this trip.

This trip was a long time in the planning, we were going to the Himalayas but had to change our plans. Every step of the way Zubin was supportive with suggestions and practical ideas, we were even making changes the week before we went.
The arrangements for the trip were first class, we travelled inland by air twice and were always met by a guide and driver promptly. On more than one occasion the Jaipur office phoned us when we were in the car to see if everything was ok.The hotels that we stayed in were exactly what we asked for. The food was excellent. We went on trips most days and I must say that the guides were extremely knowledgeable.
This is the second time we have booked a holiday with Falcon and Sachz, the first time was to Dehli and the Golden Triangle and we will undoubtedly be using them again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Uzbekistan.I have travelled all over the world and I have never seen a clean country like Uzbekistan any where else. The people are so polite and helpful. The Country has so many historical and beautiful places to see in Tashkent, Khiva, Bokhara and Samarkand. There must be some other places as well which we have not seen. The country is full of Architectural wonders going back to centuries old. I have recommended my son to visit this country. He is an Architect. My wife also enjoyed the visit.

This was a wonderful, extremely well organised trip with a very knowledgable and flexible tour guide. Many members of our group had dietary as well as individual physical needs and our guide seemed to be able to anticipate situations and negotiate changes to menus/hotel rooms as needed. We were also able to suggest other items to the itinerary such a trip to a 15th century hammam which our guide was happy to arrange on our behalf. I’ll be recommending your organisation and tour guide to my friends and business contacts and I’m sure they’ll be visiting Uzbekistan soon!
