This was the best LSCC trade mission trip so far. Everything was well organized and efficient. The highlight was our guide, Tahir, who was with us from beginning to end. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable, communicated very well, and catered to our every whim and need. The coach transportation was excellent as well, as were the trains from Bukhara to Samarkand and Samarkand to Tashkent. The hotels were very well located and perfectly acceptable, as well as most likely about the best available in Khiva and Bukhara. (Samarkand had better hotels but they were quite removed from the historic city center.)

it was a dream holiday, the place I wanted to go for ages. it was hectic and tiring but worth every effort. it was very well arranged. the guide was well informed, accommodating and understanding the drivers were marvelous. the sight and places were as beautiful as expected. on top of it the group I traveled with was full of fun and helpful and sharing. this was the first time I traveled with this group on the invitation of a friend. i am happy I availed the opportunity.

We wanted to celebrate milestone birthdays in India and Sri Lanka. I can comfortably say that we had an experience/ birthdays, we will cherish all our lives. All arrangements were fantastic. From flight selection, choice of hotels, upgrade options, booking process, involvement in deciding the final itinerary. A special thank you to our drivers in India and Sri Lanka as well as UK office who were ever so helpful.
We did upgrade to the 4 star hotel options and were treated royally during our stay . Myself, Elly and our friends Unreservedly recommend India, Sri Lanka and Falcon & Sachz. :-)

An excellent holiday to India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. I cannot say enough for the personalised and excellent customer service provides before as well as during the holiday.
I found this gem of a company in Travelzoo and would recommend them with no reservations. I just wish they did some destinations in south America as would like to book with them again :-)

Fantastic trip!! - We booked 10 days in Sri-Lanka with Falcon and Sachz and the whole experience could not have been easier. Zubin our adviser was referred personally to us and i can now see why he kept in touch through the entire process and always responded quickly to any changes and requests. The holiday itself was fantastic and they sorted everything for us and the driver was amazing. I would definitely go back to Sri-Lanka and without doubt will be going back to Zubin for our next trip abroad, wherever we decide to go. Well done guys, keep it up!!

We have just had the perfect holiday in North and South India, which was arranged seamlessly by Zubin who ensured everything in our booking was considered and taken care of to the finest detail.

From the greeting at Delhi airport, to the very high standard of accommodation, the comprehensive itinerary supported by excellent drivers (Arman in the north and Sabu in Kerala) and local guides exceeded our expectations.

We particularly liked the variety of the accommodation, which was well worth the upgrade package offered. The food was also of a very high standard with plenty of variety.

The many places we visited were truly incredible and gave an insight into India, its history, culture and people. The local guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, giving us the information we needed and allowing us enough time for taking in the breathtaking sights that we visited.

We booked our 10 day Kerala trip only 2 weeks before departure. The itinerary offered looked so enticing we decided to go for it. After booking, we were given options to upgrade various elements at low cost and with no pressure to do so. We decided to take some of these and are very pleased that we did. Zubin seems to feature large in these reviews and we were lucky enough that he was also our agent and did a faultless job. Our driver was great, everything lived up to expectations. As well as Zubin checking that the holiday was going well,the India rep was also in periodic contact with Our driver to do the same. We had no problems, but were sure that if there had been any, they would have been addressed by the operator. An unqualified 10/10.

Just returned from a memorable holiday in north and south India arranged by falcon & sachz ltd. Our UK contact Zubin was so helpful answering all our questions before booking and then assisting us as we planned our holiday. On arrival at Delhi airport we were met by our wonderful driver Rajendra at the airport who took good care of us for our 10 days in north India. Always punctual, friendly and helpful and a very competent driver. Our guides who escorted us around the many sites were all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our accommodation though out the entire 14 days was excellent. We stayed in modern luxury hotels, traditional havelies and heritage hotels including Mandawa castle. Our beach cottage at The Abad turtle beach resort in Mararikulam, Kerala was close to the sandy beach and so peaceful after the city action. The houseboat Experience in kerela was fantastic. The staff in all our accommodation were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Our whole India experience exceeded all our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend the services of Falcon and Sachz ltd to anyone who wants to travel and explore this beautiful country.

I would highly recommend Falcon and Sachz who organised our trip to Kerala. Everything went exactly as planned and they were extremely responsive to every request and query. All trips and hotels were excellent and they kept in regular contact which made us feel secure in such a remote place! Their local agent was also active in ensuring we were enjoying ourselves. Would highly recommend the Kerala tour - a fantastic experience with a safe, friendly local driver. A holiday experience we will never forget and will come back to them for future holidays.

Recently travelled to Bhutan with them & what an amazing experience it was.. me and my daughter travelled together to throw place for 3 days. We had a brand new car waiting at the airport along with our guide and driver. We got a nice Bhutanese welcome and then driven to our hotel in Thimphu. Osel hotel- a gem . We were taken sight seeing right from that evening itself followed by Bhutanese dinner. Breakfast was a la Carte and everything on the menu was available to order. Plenty of sight seeing right from the largest sitting Buddha to seeing their national animal, Takin, to visiting a folk heritage museum and lunch over there then a fortress in Paro. Over night stay at the hotel and 2nd night ended with dinner at the hotel itself- Raven’s nest this time. Another extremely comfortable stay. Tigers nest hike happened the following day. Our guide Palden, was just like family and looked after us well. In a nutshell, visit Bhutan and make sure u go through Falcon and Sachz. They really know their job

We booked with Falcon and Sachz and did some research on the travel sites. We contacted Zubin and from the very first call he could not have been more helpful. He answered every questions we had in timely manner and arranged the most amazing trip to India. It was our first time to India and we had the most incredible holiday. Zubin, Suresh and all the representatives, guides and drivers were so helpful, knowledgeable and could not have done more to make our holiday special. We will definitely be returning to India and would not hesitate to book through Falcon and Sachz. If you want to go to India this is the company to use, from start to finish the service was exceptional.

I usually book and reserve holidays online and never thought of using a travel agency. However Sri Lanka/ Kerala as a holiday were proving to be a big challenge. After weeks of struggling to get things done or decide on what were the best travel plans etc, and rather grudgingly, decided to get in touch with Falcon and Sachz. Being tried and tested by my parents (couple of years ago they used them for an India holiday then later for Vietnam) and both had been very impressed with the holiday arrangements, personalised services and the attention to detail.
Our experience was grand too and now utterly in love with Kerala and Sri Lanka. Such wonderful beauty, friendly people, hospitality and the elephant safari AMAZING...Wow. We would definitely like to see more of Asia; this was our first trip to a Non European country or bi-annual jaunt to the Americas and quite an eye opener and would love to go back again and again. Before I get side tracked, this is my review for Falcon and Sachz ... We will positively recommend Falcon and Sachz to our friends as well as family to arrange holidays to Asia and thank you so much for your help and guidance. It seems you are the agency of choice for the Maher clan in Ireland.

Great experience. Was really surprised that i could get a holiday to india for 4 people at under Euro 1000 each with flights even though we had to fly from London (From County Tipperary) it was worth it as it was a holiday of a lifetime with all of us having a great time and looking at other travel options in the future with FS again.

Great India and Maldives holiday. Brilliant customer service and delivery. All went smoothly. Will recommend for sure.

I must admit I have never had such a lovely time at a holiday and to make all this special was the overall experience of booking the holiday. the customer service is excellent, especially Zaben (think got the spelling wrong). He is very patient and ever so helpful. We had problems with online Visa and he made sure we got all details correct and spend at least half hour on the phone with me. We did not like the hotel room at Ranthambore and we called the London office (mobile number by mistake), but forgot the time difference, and it was 6 AM in the morning in UK, and Zaben was available on the mobile and he ensured we were looked after and changes made. Overall really liked the India (but they need to treat animals a bit better there)... the only hitch being Visa form is really really cumbersome and confusing. They should simplify the visa form and details required. And when things go wrong they do not even say what the problem is and it takes ages to complete it.

having just returned from a tour to North and South India I cannot recommend Falcon and Sachz highly enough. Zubin in the lLondon office put together and tailored this tour exactly to our needs, it was fabulous, and no hassle whatsoever! The hotels were gorgeous, heritage properties and their staff could not have been more attentive or tried harder to please. We even had a great view of the Taj Mahal when we were in Agra. Zubin had arranged two tiger safaris for us in Ranthambore reserve which were fantastic, and we stayed in a luxury houseboat in Alleppey in kerals- just myself, my 19 year old daughter amd the driver and our own chef- how wonderful!
We were met at the airport and driven around by our own private driver and had a car at our disposal throughout which was both safe and convenient. I have been to india before, and it can be a bit of a hassle arranging things, but this job was completely taken out of my hands so all we had to do was absorb and enjoy the wonder that is India.

On an impromptu trip to Vietnam we requested Falcon and Sachz to organize the entire trip to Vietnam as we literally had no time to research who to fly, where to stay, what to do, or even what to see in Vietnam. Their local support staff they provide are friendly and knowledgeable with someone to turn to at every stride. When I returned back home and actually had the time to research the travel guides I felt all my lack of previous travel research and preparation did not matter as all the arrangements were impeccable to what I would have arranged and with some hidden gems not mentioned in the travel books ! I am now having Falcoln and Sachz arrange all the complete bookings for Cambodia as they 100% abide to our special needs when we travel abroad to new unfamiliar places.

An excellent holiday, Bhutan and India are countries with no parallels. Both so different and unique in their own way. India is busy while Bhutan, well so relaxed.
Falcon and Sachz were great and we had a lovely family holiday for Four. The only hitch being the delayed/ misplaced luggage by Emirates to India and 4 hours wait at Delhi Airport after a long journey . The rest went like clockwork.
