Arrival dates changed a few times but the vehicle got here earlier than I thought so I’m satisfied

I don’t even know where to start… first off.. this company responded rapid quick to a desperate google search I created since my original transport company ghosted me THE DAY OF PICK UP! Falcon swooped in and was so fast, so communicative, so professional, so transparent and so amazing. We did a California to New Jersey relocation and my husband used another company who damaged his car and was two weeks late in delivery. Falcon is the crème de la crème for auto transport services as far as I’m concerned.. the driver was in touch with me throughout his journey and was actually early! They will also match and most likely beat any competing rates as well.
I can go on and on. From having two extremely horrible experiences with different companies to this revived our belief that good, honest companies still existing! Thank you, Falcon!!

We had a good experience with Falcon Auto Transport. Although it took longer than originally promised to receive our car, it did arrive for a reasonable price with no damage.

Complicated company the whole time I asked for insurance to close the deal but the same just tricked me into not showing the insurance required even by the car shop so I said I would pay all the transport when it got to me, even so he continued to be inopportune with his insistence and I spoke that without insurance we did not close, I closed with another company and it took the same time to cancel my order from the dispatch center due to lack of proof of insurance, if I had the insurance I would have paid the deposit but the company did not give me confidence, strange not to have shown the insurance but I will go to the DOT to find out if they are ok in the market

I shipped my car from west coast to east coast and will definitely use Falcon when I return to Seattle. Extremely reasonable and competitive price to get your car shipped. BUT customer representative can be real annoying and relentless!!! Be prepared to be texted every day as to when to get your car shipped, nobody likes to be reminded to get the car shipped every day!!! Overall it's a good and legit service, will consider using it again.

They picked up my vehicle quick and efficiently, and it arrived quicker than the date that was given, which was perfect, because I moved out of my previous state. Would definitely recommend, and would try again in the future. Would like to thank John Gatsby for being the Great Gatsby!

On 02/03/ 2023. I spoke to rep name david to see if he can have someone to auto transport my car from Texas to Cali. It was great price from the company it was 500.00and I had to change the date due it was winter storm in Dallas Tx and David said okay we can change from 02/06 to 02/08/2023 I confirm. Then I get a call from the driver saying he here to pick up my car on 02/06/2023. I said no it’s suppose to.be on 02/08. So I called rep David/broker and he said it was change to 02/08 I was disappointed because he have to find another company to pickup my car on 02/08. David found another company and now I have to come out my pocket another 150and now the total $650.00 and I said no I should not be paying 150 and I just gave them $50 dollars.the driver came on 02/08. Driver nameRAYMOND Nice guy very respectful excellent customer service 10/stars he make sure my car made to California safe and yes I have stuff inside my vehicle nothing was not stolen. He drop off my car Saturday 02/11.

They assured me my cars would be picked up with no delays and for an specific price.
They called me 2 days after the date the cars should be picked up, blaming the weather blah blah blah and saying my car la could be picked up tomorrow but for extra 300 dollars sent upfront

I was Skeptical at first when a company calls with a great deal, its often too good to be true. They offered me a great quote on the car shipment and found a reliable driver very quick. Great experience and would definitely come back if I have any car that needs to be shipped from state to state.
