Great service they transported my son car from CA to AR in a few days. No damage or items were missing from his belongings. The driver was polite and they dropped it off right outside my complex. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a vehicle transported anywhere in the U.S. Thanks Falcon transport your happy customer Thomas in AR.

John gatsby made every possible effort to ensure that my car made it to the destination on time. 10/10 reccomend and will keep in mind for anything in the future.

A sales representative from this company FALCON AUTO TRANSPORT (Paul) has continued to send me text messages harassing me about who I chose to transport my car. I’ve asked him to remove my name from his list but he obviously doesn’t understand what that means.
His grammar is insulting and his harassment is a major reason for not considering this company.

This was my first ever experience with getting my car shipped out here in California, I had no clue what to do etc. But David Smith helped me on understanding and gave me a reasonable price. The experience with this company went well and they’re trust worthy.

My experience with falcon transport was great, especially with Alvin who gave me a very good price and followed up with me all through the transaction. He is so apt and ensured that a had a hitch free experience. I recommend them especially Alvin for anyone who needs there service. My experience with Falcon transportation was great. The transport show up on time he take it, take his time load the vehicle deliver the vehicle on time, so everything Tono grates. I will definitely use Falcon Transport again, and tell all my friends to use Falcon transport.

I was quoted an excellent price and they fought very hard to make sure the price was still excellent. I expected the $2 a mile rate on a more challenging pickup to not be easy to find a driver willing to take. It did cost $50 more than the original quote; but it was still the lowest quote by a decent amount. The common carrier driver was very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend because they actually stuck very close to the quoted price. I have had about 10 cars shipped to me and 8 of those times the price greatly increased.

Great communication! Was able to accommodate all requests. Very kind with great customer service. Vehicle was transported safely with no issues at all. Also came earlier than expected which was amazing!

All in all a much better experience than I was expecting. My rep, David, was very proactive at keeping me informed. I was worried that there would be extra charges, but that didn't happen. The only mishap was that the first carrier couldn't load the car (it was inoperable) since his winch wasn't working. David found a new carrier and the car was moved without a problem on the second try. Fortunately I was in no rush. The price was right (about half what others were quoting) and the service was excellent.

If I could give negative 8000 stars ⭐️ I would.. This company seems to be a legit company when you 1st contact them-they seem so nice and willing to assist you with the transport of your vehicle.. I first started working with Alvin - He quoted $1250 to pick up a SUV in West Washington state and delivery to Oklahoma.. Seemed like a ok quote not the cheapest or highest- So I booked 1/3/23 -$150.00- deposit Biggest mistake ever.. First I was told they would pick my vehicle up on a certain day- then their was a problem with the trailer hitch with the carrier - so no pickup and then another date was scheduled then there was weather issues- so no pickup then I requested a refund for my deposit - was tired was being yank around and the “owner” David called me and apologized for the delays and he would do all he could to get my car home. So I gave them another chance. David claimed he book a A+ carrier and he promised the pickup would happen and the driver was gonna call to confirm the pickup - So the driver did call and confirm the date and the next day he called back and says they can’t come due to weather. I’m sorry this was long winded but if you don’t get anything from this - DON’T USE FALCON AUTO TRANSPORT.. Dont waist your time.. BEWARE-You’ve BEEN WARNED!!!
