I wish to give 0 stats but there isn't one. The order placed for £53 on 07.12.23 has not been delivered. The phone number on your website does not work. No reply to multiple emails sent to you. Just horrible service. I need my money to be refunded. My order No #FAL_ORD000037495

I have received parcel today morning within 2 working days. It was delivered by DPD. Only issue is that no tracking details were sent in email etc. Twice contacted using web forum and through emails but no reply yet. Phone line is not working at all. Kindly update number and delivery / tracking service.

i was not informed that a few things in my order were not available and a refund was never processed for it when i received my order i realised that a few things did not arrive.

The huge variety of Indian pickles and ease of buying and receiving them on line. Thanks.

The store needs to improve its facility for customers wanting to speak to staff from the store. I spent a long time trying to get in touch with the store to no avail
Also Falcon need to have a system in place if they are going to substitute items. Half of my shopping was unsuitable substitution.

My order didn't arrive. I tried to contact the shopp by emailing them also called but no answer.

Very quick service. No problems. Would use them again.

Ordered and fully paid for dove gentle exfoliating soap bar since 6/11/2023, I have not received my order nor I have been able to get through to you on the phone. I would really appreciate if my £17.36 can be refunded back to me

Some items are missing. The contact number is not working. We have sent the emails but no reply. They know the items are missing but not bother to refund. Very disappointed.

I put order against the good shown AVAILABLE on their site and also received the acknowledgement of order HOWEVER never received the goods. I tried to call on given contact number which I never went through. Emailed them thrice but had no response. I was only chasing as I found some very rare spices! what a shame ! I can not recommend this site however great variety they have it's useless If you can not get them!

Purchased Gulab jamun and paid hefty shipping charge to get that in 2 days.

The item never came and the return happened but never been told.

When I received the order, I noticed several missing items, yet I had been charged the full price.

So I decided to contact Falcon to see if I could get a partial refund (for the missing items).

I tried to call the number provided two times but the phone number wasn't working, Then I emailed, never got a reply. I then decided to use the form on the website, which I did twice! and never got a reply.

A week went by, I was left wondering if I would ever receive the missing items or get my money back.

Checked my account yesterday and I have now received a refund, so thank you falcon.

But the low rating here is for the customer service. Please get a working phone line and check your emails!

Order was incomplete, tried 2 emails and phoned 8 times. Still no reply.

Orders cancelled without notice.
No response from email or enquiry form.
Telephone number not working.
Finally refunded after 3 weeks.
Have given up and sadly buying my product from Amazon.
Cheaper and next day, and no failed "£6.00 2 day DPD delivery"
Sad to see the failure of this company.

Order was not complete.

I order Cofresh Bombay mix and was sent Regal Bombay Mix.

I also received a second parcel with products I had not order for a customer in Maidenhead.

The number provided appears out of order, so I can't contact them
