Horrible Service. Fraud website

I wish to give 0 stats but there isn't one. The order placed for £53 on 07.12.23 has not been delivered. The phone number on your website does not work. No reply to multiple emails sent to you. Just horrible service. I need my money to be refunded. My order No #FAL_ORD000037495

Order received,Fast delivery!

Dear Seller,

I have received parcel today morning within 2 working days. It was delivered by DPD. Only issue is that no tracking details were sent in email etc. Twice contacted using web forum and through emails but no reply yet. Phone line is not working at all. Kindly update number and delivery / tracking service.

The store needs to improve its facility for customers wanting to speak to staff from the store. I spent a long time trying to get in touch with the store to no avail
Also Falcon need to have a system in place if they are going to substitute items. Half of my shopping was unsuitable substitution.

Still awaiting my order

I put order against the good shown…

I put order against the good shown AVAILABLE on their site and also received the acknowledgement of order HOWEVER never received the goods. I tried to call on given contact number which I never went through. Emailed them thrice but had no response. I was only chasing as I found some very rare spices! what a shame ! I can not recommend this site however great variety they have it's useless If you can not get them!

Low rating for customer service

When I received the order, I noticed several missing items, yet I had been charged the full price.

So I decided to contact Falcon to see if I could get a partial refund (for the missing items).

I tried to call the number provided two times but the phone number wasn't working, Then I emailed, never got a reply. I then decided to use the form on the website, which I did twice! and never got a reply.

A week went by, I was left wondering if I would ever receive the missing items or get my money back.

Checked my account yesterday and I have now received a refund, so thank you falcon.

But the low rating here is for the customer service. Please get a working phone line and check your emails!

Customer service on the floor.

Orders cancelled without notice.
No response from email or enquiry form.
Telephone number not working.
Finally refunded after 3 weeks.
Have given up and sadly buying my product from Amazon.
Cheaper and next day, and no failed "£6.00 2 day DPD delivery"
Sad to see the failure of this company.
