Hired a 7.5 ton for a house move. Brilliant walk around check before you hire identifying marks I'd even missed. Very smooth operation from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We were let down by another rental company when we went to collect a van we had hired for a scout camp, so went to Falcon hoping they would be able to help. Competitive price and great service. Hired a Luton van for our house move and very happy with the service. The fuel situation was different to what I expected, in past you receive it full and return it full. This was return it at the level of what you receive it, which I think makes it difficult to be accurate of what fuel you’ve used and possibly open to abuse.

Friendly, super-efficient check-in. Decent van. Option to bring back outside of office hours. Swift response signing off condition of van. Good comms.
