Through each step, we inform you about a membership. When you buy your chosen product, when you fill out your information and when you accept the terms and conditions.
Before your purchase, we inform you about it 3 times. When you have confirmed the terms and payment, you receive a confirmation mail where it is mentioned as well. Please see the photos I have sent to you - it is an example.
Furthermore, you have received an email from us three days before the top-up to inform you about this and you have received an email from us the same day your account has topped-up.
If you don't want to be a member then you have to buy the products for our normal prices or cancel the membership within 4 days.
However I really want to help you and refund your money for the membership.
I can only do it when the review on Trustpilot has been deleted.
As you can see we mention it a lot of times but we only want happy customers so I want to refund the money for you.
Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we’ll be happy to assist as soon as possible.

Questions from new customer. Website easy to operate
Website easy to operate. Cannot understand why a delivery address was not requested? I have a different address for delivery ( which was given with the order), to my home address in Estepona. Cannot understand, why the address of the card registration was not requested? This is my first order, which hopefully will all go smoothly.

One star is too much, a purchase nightmare
A purchase nightmare, first I looked for some batteries and I found them at a good price I bought them like on any website I made the payment with my card and then the nightmare began, it is a subscription page they charged me 37 euros without authorization... they say that for purchases... which is their policy... I didn't read the terms and conditions... and then when I complained, they charged me an additional 6.95 euros for canceling my account according to them, they have my card number, I had to cancel it and they continue to charge me things out of the hat, a complete scam
