TOTAL SCAM - FAKE BUSINESS FAKE WEBSITE
Mainly, all positive reviews here are fake. They run ads over Google too, to cover their fraud actions.
They deducted 74 euros out of my credit card for "Free VIP Membership" and multiple cancelled orders; which they always leave the reason "out of stock".
They keep the balance in your wallet and they set up a very near expiry date for them. So you end up trapped with canceled orders and an expired wallet balance.
When I contacted them on chat they respond with a saved response template. Very FAKE AND SCAMMY website.

What comes below disappointed ?
What comes below disappointed ? Words that go through my mind can not be printed, too educated for foul language.
I ordered cosmetics for about 43 Euros. On March 9.
Today is March 30, no products delivered, no shipment tracking - only assurances from Customer Service that delivery is under way. That cost me more than 10 email contacts so far, nothing's happening. I cancelled service (as underwritten by European Consumer Directives), but was told that it could not be cancelled because it is already on its way.
I recommend anybody to keep your fingers off this company.

Terrible customer service and product never arrived!
Pretty sure the majority of the reviews here are fake. I ordered a TV from Falinas on Black Friday. I received a confirmation email but then nothing else for a couple of weeks. When I contacted customer care they told me they could see what the problem was, they'd fixed it and that the TV would be with me shortly. A week later (3 weeks after I placed the order) I got a cancellation and refund email saying it was no longer in stock. The customer care were useless when I questioned this, which is frustrating when they had previously said it was on the way. As this was bought on Black Friday I've now missed the deals from the other competitors that I should have gone with in the first place. Overall massive waste of time and money.
