Item arrived and looked nothing like what was advertised. Webpage says UK but returns are at your own expense to China. Once I asked for a refund they stopped responding. Stay clear of this company, complete scam!

I ordered a short, they sent one in smaller size. Short has not ticket, it is coming from China.
When I reported the case to them, they replied with either pay me back only 20% of the price and keep the short, or return it and I should pay for the return back to China although it is their mistake.

Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention and realized the scam too late. The photos on the website show completely different goods than those delivered. This scam is very similar to the various escort sites on the internet! Size listed: XL. Actual size delivered: S. The quality of the goods is a disaster. The German "company name" is purely misleading. I am extremely disappointed and can only strongly warn against this shop! I donated the ordered goods to the homeless.

I ordered from this website because I could not find a suit in my size. Due to little time to be able to find anywhere else I thought I’d found the perfect suit, how very wrong I was, when I received the item it was the wrong size , the stitching was disgusting, it wasn’t pressed,it wasnt lined, the stitching was diabolical and the seams all visible, I could go on and on and on top of that the over all customer service was terrible! Not once was it stated the returns was in china, I had to copy and paste the website returns policy and email it to them as they didn’t seem to know what their own rules were either, the item was to wear to my mothers funeral and the stress this fake company have caused me has seriously made an already awful sad time even harder! please do not order from these scamming horrid humans, they just want your money and the returns address doesn’t even exist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Seller is refusing to refund items or cancel the order. Telephone number is not working and the email responses appear to be Gen AI garbage as they are generic and not related to the question being asked. Company is clearly not interested in their customers.

company is registered in the UK by an individual in Germany. You can find the information on "companies house" website in the UK for "RL ECOM VENTURE LTD" and match the information to their website for confirmation.

Das Lehrgeld tut weh!

Surely there is something we can do against this fake company, that sells fake products and trick the customers mit money back guarantee. There is no money back because the return destination is not Germany or its given address in London, but in China where the shipping cost more than the money back. Not even PayPal can protect you, since the product is labelled correctly, but you do not get what was ordered.

No sizes on items. Just a fraud company hoping you won't pay to send things back to China so they keep your money.

They are scammers, they stole my money

it's a scam. they send you rubbish and you need to send it back to China in order to return. And mind you, you will want to return. It's horrible. they don't reply to any enquiries.

Please be aware that the website that the products offered are deviating from whats being provided. The retrun policy on the website does not mention that a return has to be sent to china and you have to pay for the delivery. Fraud and scam, hope you read this before you purchase anything from them.

They sent me 'cashmere' at a luxury price, 3XXL. It was not cashmere and not 3XXL. There is no provision for returning the goods apart from sending a package at my own cost and customs charge to boot because it is worth more than 50€.I am expected to return the jumper to China! The company must state this in its terms and conditions so that it's clear up front. It seemed I was ordering from a high quality German company.

The money is gone. You cannot get it back from Paypal. You cannot withdraw from the order. Clothes are rubbish and 3 sizes smaller, because of China sizes. I hope the owners will burn in hell endlessly

First of all, I intended to buy a blue long coat with my regular size I used to wear of 70 euros. There was no information stating that the item has different measures than the EU standards. Also, no information relling that this item is shipped from China and it takes very long time. After purchasing the item, they redirected me automatically to a new offer for limited time, then once you click on this offer to view, the offer will be purchased automatically, and the money will be automatically deducted from your card from no where without any notifications.
Second, the order took 20 days to be delivered which was a total surprise for me because it has not mentioned that it is shipped from China or even it will take that long.
Third, even after all of that shittt, after receiving the items their measurements were not standard at all to the EU. Especially the length of the sleeves which was way too short compared to the shoulder width. That happend with both delivered items. And when you ask for return they will ask you to pay for shipping back the order to China with providing them with the tracking number which will cost you around 70 euros and this amount will never be covered by them, but you will pay them from your pocket.

I ordered a jacket for my husband, size XXL. The jacket that came is labeled XXL but its actually size M because i gave it to someone who wears size M and it fits perfect. These are cheap jackets from China, you can find the exact same jacket on shein. If i knew, i would never order from Falkenstein because to send it back, it would cost more than 50€ because you need to send it to China with tracking number. Nonsense. Never again

They are not based in UK as they mention, the jacket came from china. The quality very is bad, waste of money. I will throw it in the trash. Please don’t even think of buying here. They should be banned from selling these cheap brand less clothing. Can’t send them back as they come from china and costs more money to send. I will report them to concerned authorities. This is a cheating nowhere it mentions that the products come china and we should pay to return. I wish I had seen these bad reviews earlier.

Yeah it's got a decent website but it churns out crap Chinese gear,currently trying to get my €s back through paypal,will go through bank if necessary. Avoid!!
