Buyers Beware
I ordered 2 pair of walking shoes that were advertised as being from the company Camel. After 3 weeks what arrived from China was nothing like I had ordered. I received cheap sneakers that were not what I had ordered. I wrote several emails to the company in both English and German without receiving any reply. I disputed the charges on my VISA but was advised that there was nothing that they could do to assist. Do not falsely believe that you can successfully dispute what is obviously fraudulent business practices from this company.

I am amazed DHL associates itself with Falkenstein Textil . Why are our respective Governments permitting third rate Chinese kitch into Europe? There is no Retour label , just some obscure instructions to return via DHL to an address. Falkenstein is not cheap but cheap and nasty. My advice, stay clear of this company or you'll get your fingers burnt
