Fallen Hosting 

The support team said there is no auto-renew server and that an invoice will come and you have to select something for it to auto-renew. I didnt play after the first month i bought and they charged me and bought 3 more months without me selecting anything or telling them to do that

well we thought these guys were amazing, then they crumble because they get themselves in debt. and ban you from their discord for criticizing their service leaving NO WAY to discuss the service what you are going to do now that your host company has just upped and stopped doing business. lovely thing to do to a paying customer.

TL;DR: Support and billing are below average and not helpful.

I am a bit disappointed with their lack of support in the billing department. I got a free Minecraft Server and despite renewing it, it still suspended and told me they would give me the server files, they still haven't responded to my many replies.They also auto-responded saying I should leave a review here. But what frustrates me is when they automatically charged my paypal for a VPS but didn't update the ticket generated on the site and ended up suspending my server and ignoring my tickets asking for a refund. I would recommend another host for vps hosting.

After having some problems to get the OS installed it worked amazing and fast!
The support tickets I had created were answered within 30 minutes.
The cheap prices makes it also alot better!

1 GB server feels like 7GB server + You can claim a free server each account.

Server performance and Support team are very great!

Cheap and good what can u ask more! Its the perfect host for anyone that needs it! Service is good (got a respong in 1min on discord) And ye i recommend this for anyone in need of a quick free/paid server!

Out of my years of running a minecraft server, the hosting is not bad! Great Support! Great Management! Great Everything. Super cheap and amazing!

Things I recommend:
Instant setups with 3 prebuilt spawns.
A button where we can change our player base from.

I have bad ideas but you guys are amazing! Keep up the good work!

Im not joking im willing to buy the top plan. Only had 4 gigs for almost a month now and it's something else. They are the best providers I have came across and love their services. The support team are also so nice

I am new to VPS, and support helped me through the whole process. Amazing service.

I was looking for a new VPS host for very little money/month and I came across Fallen.host. They seem to be pretty new but so far their support is great (even though they don't have that much staff)!
My VPS had some issues related to networking and they were able to fix it asap! I'd give this 5 stars because:
1. I'm very nice and I love giving nice ratings
2. Great support staff
3. Extremely cheap pricing for their services
